I love the different tone shifts Pat employs when reading his player choices. He’s one of those people that injects the perfect amount of emotion into text to truly bring it to life and make it ‘Pat’. It’s like listening to an audiobook or him reading a storybook for small kids, except it’s full of drunk-fueled brain damage and existential dread.

I find it's a mentality that a lot of "youtubers" and "twitch streamers" have. A lot of them don't really care about their audience and think they are above everybody else because they make a living from sitting on their ass and playing video games. I mean, if someone can make money from doing something that they enjoy then that's cool, but it's better when they do it without having such a shitty attitude and distain for people who enjoy their work. I like most of the new VAs. All of them do a good job, but some are.... well, not to my taste. Lena’s new VA does a good job, but I liked the British voice better. I just think it sounds more fitting. And the narrator does as good a job as anyone could, having to voice so many lines, but it’s.... it’s not the voice I had in my head. I’m playing this on “psychological” VA mode, which has the voice acting for all the characters but turns off most of the narration. I’d recommend that approach if you are not streaming.

And I never said censorship was good/virtuous/whatever the fuck. I said it wasn't censorship. And, as DuckShoes pointed out, it was literally an artistic choice. It unbleeps itself in game if you either play a character that would be 100% in support of the word's use, or if you play a character that would be directly targeted by the word.

Listen, I get that Fortnite is p boring and yes there's a LOT of corporate bs involved, but to have this level of, frankly narcissistic, cynicism? Dude. Chill. If this is walking ads then Smash Bros ain't that far off. Which is a ridiculous thought to have.
