We found lookalikes and fitted them with subtle prosthesis. Matthew Mungle designed the prosthetic noses foreheads etc. Then the actors lip synced the lines that were recorded by the original cast. I think we built the set a little to big but otherwise its not too bad.

Figures, on Star Trek TNG (Relics) they tried to rebuild the original bridge and were only able to do one quarter of the damn thing calling it too expensive, yet these guys not only duplicate the sets but also half the cast for this commercial! Absolutely brilliant BTW :)
I mean, there's no way this would pass for the actual original sets but they don't need to for a commercial. The bridge of the Enterprise as portrayed on the holodeck in TNG needs to get it right, so there's a lot more work and time involved to get all the little details correct.
The interior lighting is SO GOOD, and the screens work, and the teleporter walls have a great effect, and the exterior has these red glows on the nacelles, it's just all soo nice

He gets chicken soup. So what's the tie in with Star Trek and.chickens?. May be that galley scene in Star Trek 6 had roasted chickens in it and not turkeys. It is known that Kirk is a farm boy from Iowa. It's a mystery. The KFC ad was perfect. Who were those actors ???. Chickens must be cannon.
these should have been the sets for the new star trek movies. It's more modern and detailed but still kept the classic look and feel but in a higher quality construction and the bridge and transporter room is definitely bigger, the view screen i would go ahead and make that even bigger though lol

The voices are the actual Trek actors, they just used younger actors to play them because by this time the Trek stars were too old to really pull off using the TOS costumes and thus the voices were dubbed over. It was all part of the gag anyway.
