Official Giveaway Rules:
Prize: One (1) Skil TS6307-00 Table Saw
1. No purchase necessary to win.
2. Limited to Contiguous USA (lower 48 states) and Canada shipping addresses only.
3. Must be 18 years old at giveaway start to enter.
4. Giveaway begins Aug 15 2023, ends at or about Sept 16 2023 at Noon Central time. One prize will awarded to one winner.
5. Winner must provide Valid ID, Screenshot of winning UA-cam account page to prove identity and a valid phone number to receive prize.
6. Winner must contact Mike at [e-mail] within 7 days of announcement. If winner fails to contact me in that time period I will select a new winner off camera and the 7 day contact period will start over.
7. If selected winner does not meet all of the rule requirements a new winner will be selected off camera and notice sent.
8. Winner responsible for all laws and taxes.
9. Winner chosen at random from eligible entries using third party software.
10.Winners name will be announced in a video and notified in the comment section.
11. By posting the word "SAW" in the comment section you agree to all giveaway rules and are stating you meet all eligibility requirements.
12. Anyone associated with Mike, Projects For All or companies associated with either are ineligible.
13. One entry per UA-cam account accepted. Multiple comments from same account will be ignored.
14. Projects For All will share winners personal information with Chervon/Skil for purposes of shipping prize. Your personal information will NEVER be shared with anyone else.
15. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
16. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
17. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Contest and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
18. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize.
19. One (1) Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner.

No other prizes will be awarded.
20. Giveaway sponsor reserves the right to change any rules during the contest period as needed.
