yeah thats good but i have delete all of messages and emails in my gmail account by accident and now i find it diffuclt to find all the accounts im registerd in it and other thing i have multiple gmails which has alot of websites and stuff register to it i do all things and stuff in video but still don't delete them all

Have a look at your saved passwords in your browser. That helped me find accounts I have forgot about.
