How does everyone feel about Joker being the first DLC character coming to Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League? He will be coming to the game free of charge in March!
Not a massive fan of his design, but definitely excited for his addition.

I hope they add bloodsport later on. He has so much possibility when it comes to cool animations and he is themed around guns and weapons which is perfect for the game.
I personally dont like his design but apart from that I'm happy about it. Won't say no to free stuff. :)

There have been so many members of the Suicide Squad over the years that the possibilities are huge, just off the top of my head: Capt Cold, Red Hood, Bronze Tiger, Killer Frost, Talon, Katana, Bloodsport, Peace maker and maybe even Solomon Grundy and Giganta for some heavies like King Shark.
You have to keep in mind, using guns is a requirement. So you might want to remove Giganta, Talon and Solomon Grundy. The rest of them I can see happening though. Combining Killer Frost’s close range freezing abilities with gun-play sounds fun
They gotta have red hood in this game

@diegopansini3152 Capt. Boomerang pretty much specifically uses gimmicks Boomerangs, and King Shark is a straight-up brawler in the comics and other media. Because of the way they've created the setting, basically being surrounded by nothing but enemies means they could grab pretty much any squad member and put a gun in their hands

I'm a say this right now for DLC: They better bring Lobo, Deathstroke, Peacemaker, and Bloodsport in this game for DLC!
100% they all have movement and guns in there story’s and as characters unlike king shark who normally doesn’t use guns

There’s no point in him looking like Arkham joker if he isn’t. People would just complain how they’ve “ruined” the Arkham verse
The Elseworlds concept is interesting. Since this is an Arkham Universe game, it would be great if they added someone like Owlman and had him play exactly like Arkham Knight Batman, but slightly more violent.
It's a stupid concept of having the multiverse. That just proves rocksteady is being lazy at writing. And revealing too much stuff that can sum of the plot

I like how the umbrella is in the shape of the Batman-like symbol. Actually when Joker glides on it he looks like the Green Goblin or Hob Goblin from Spider-Man LOL
I understand joker being first DLC iconic super villain, probably one of the biggest names in DC Comics but I’m not going to lie I’d rather someone new get a spotlight then him later down the line it just seems to me like he is in everything and I’d rather gotten something new or fresh… but all of the aside excited to see what the future has…hoping this game does really well and supported a long time.

They switched up joker perfectly to fit in with the squad and playstyle. AND new isnt always bad.

I personally like the new Joker design, I think it's nice to have something different, not to say the Arkham Joker was bad, he was great, but I like that it's not just the same joker. The other great thing, is that all the actual DLC is going to be free, the only thing not free is obviously the actual game and extra cosmetic stuff.

I am thinking the DLC happened after Kevin died most likely and that might be why mark hamill didn't come back either. Because for mark he said as long as Kevin was alive he would work with Kevin, but as soon as kevin was gone he's like i'm not going to do it without him.
Thinking the same thing too. I think this DLC was what they’ve been working on since the delay last year.
Hamill doesn’t want to do it anymore because doing it in knight was a huge strain on his vocal chords

I was kind of hoping that Deathstroke would’ve been the first DLC character but since they’re going heavy on the Elseworlds aspect of DC maybe we’ll see the justice lords or the crime syndicate
At 5:39 there is a locker that has deathstroke on it so I am very certain he will be the second or third dlc character for this game

It was my first thought too. Most of the characters’ use other people’s gear for transversals and I love it! Imagine if some other villain used Mirror Master’s gun for teleportation, it would be sick

Jokers design is so sick. Like they said they're taking him back to his roots a bit. He was inspired by the man who laughs and you 1000% can see that in this design. The voice is interesting for sure but for a split sec you heard his laugh and it was pretty spot on so as long as he has that I'm sure he'll be a great Joker.

This might just be the game to show what Avengers should have done. Im still very skeptical, but the day one DLC and confirmed continuation of the story is nice to hear.

I like that they explained that joker is from the multiverse. Hopefully we will get characters like Deathstroke, Bronze Tiger, Captain Cold, Heatwave, Arsenal, Peacemaker, Killer Croc etc…

@@diegopansini3152 both would be viable tho, deathstroke would could dual wield swords while Redhood can dual wield pistols, so many possibilities considering how many people were actually in the squad at one point.
I think they nailed the idea of Joker, he is new and young from an elseworld. You people have to let go of the past few games and let shit grow.

I wish it was Mark Hamil or Troy Baker I understand why it’s not but I still want it to be especially since it’s Kevin Conroy’s last time as Batman having Mark Comback for it would be icing on the cake
The thing is I’ve seen people complain about why they’re showing post game content now before the games releases, and I’m just confused why people are upset. I love the transparency that Rocksteady has been showing lately, they truly care about this game and want it to be enjoyed for as long as possible. And it’s kind of nice that they’re showing post game content now so I can see where this game is going, and if I would enjoy it after the main story. I’m excited that content will be free!
Imagine having the coolest Joker ever from the same universe and instead of bringing him back we get a Jared Leto one. They really are out of touch.

I'm not very familiar with Live-service games but I'm willing to try them starting with this. I wanted to know if I happened to miss any of the upcoming seasons would I be able to play them later or are they long gone?. Are these seasons considered like DLC I could download and play?.

@@amrzidan3404They're not. Majority of live service games use of Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) to keep player retention. Look at Destiny. They have entire campaigns that are no longer available, because that "season" has already passed. Similarly, plenty of games with battle passes have their rewards become unobtainable after the season is over, or even worse, make you pay for them.
However, some games like Halo Infinite and Deep Rock Galactic have all their post launch content available forever. In Halo, you can still choose any season's Battle Pass to level, even if the season is over, and in Deep Rock, the Battle Pass items get added to the normal loot pools.
It is still unclear how the Battle Pass specifically will work on Suicide Squad, but what they are saying is that every new content like new missions, locations and characters are free and added in permanently.

Idk how they could implement it (Maybe by implementing new unique weapons to a character to introduce in a form of a mage-ish style maybe?) But man, what I would kill to play as Scarecrow, having him pulled from somewhere in the multiverse. I can imagine they might of thought about it, but I can also imagine that'd be both really cool/unique as it is difficult to find a suitable style for him if that were a topic at RS. It's probably unlikely, but a dude can dream.

Interesting. They say that Joker is not yet at supervillain status and “still figuring out who he is and his place in the world.” So imagine what would happen if this Joker, in a bid to find out who he is and should be, (especially since Batman and Arkham Asylum are in this game) finds files or recordings on the Arkham Joker. And then he REALLY starts to smile…

I hope this game is a success cause the developers are putting so much gameplay and content for us it looks fun and not going to be a single play through game.
Just a little over a week left!! I’m excited, now seeing a lot of the gameplay, it looks really fun!! Plus, the shared squad is something I think I’m pretty much always gonna use! That is such a cool and unique mechanic that I can’t believe hasn’t been done before at least in nothing I’ve played that has online co-op! I’m maining Captain Boomerang all day, plus getting to hear Kevin’s final performance! I just hope we don’t actually kill the Justice League. Man I can’t wait for this game. Lastly, my opinion is my opinion. You don’t like it, that’s fine, but attacking me for it is just stupid. So don’t bother.
Can’t wait for them to introduce Penguin who traverses on an acid spitting flower…

This Joker looks like Fegan Floop from the first Spy Kids.
It took me a second time looking at the Joker and watching his gameplay, but i think he looks like a lot of fun to play as. The elseworlds concept is very cool, and like many are saying, this feels like what Avengers could have been. Seems like there is a ton of replay value here. I’m getting more and more hyped every day. Glad I got the deluxe, I’m so ready!!!

People gotta remember that this Joker is an Elseworld Joker. So far separated from Arkham Joker, which I'm ngl I am very happy about because Mark Hamill's Joker should just not be touched outside of the Batman games. It'll cheapen that iteration of the iconic character.

i’m the biggest flash fan okay…. them adding joker makes me think and hope to GOD that they add reverse flash… it would fit perfectly, there’s already a speedster, that being the flash, and someone with speedster abilities being boomerang… so it’s like that really could work…

Ngl they already confirmed the story is not ending an instead its continuing. He specifically said when u survive the brainiac boss battle(the ending) the story would still continue(which means this is the real ending). When u die, u will get a different ending(im guessing sum like injustice 2 where if u chose supermans ending, u will be controlled.). An it’s confirmed that there not dead. Nun of the justice league members are actually dead
Mark Hamill not voicing the joker in this game is such a shame, and don't even get me started on the joker's design. but overall, it looks like a fun time
I love this different joker design tbh. He's NOT Arkham Joker so he has a different design philosophy. He's much more inspired by The Man who Laughs and as they said, this is a vaudeville joker. He's just crazy. No social political commentary about bad days, he's just insane and out to be funny
