  • This proposed CONSCIOUSNESS PRACTICE is of three focus parts: Breathing, Energizing, Stretching. Breathing is the overall base line.
    Based on diverse practices in diverse disciplines (Aikido, Karate-do, Iaï-do, Chi Qong, Yoga, Zazen, …) I assembled this cycle according to my own body needs.
    I use it mostly early in the morning prior to push-ups and pull-ups on the bars of a wall bar, then zazen meditation and vocalization practice. The consciousness practice requires 20-30 minutes, the total is about one hour.
    This video is frame for any of you aiming at adjusting it to your needs.
