I use the Cheyenne sol Nova for shading and the Ava EP7 wireless pen 4.2 stroke for lining... I am happy
haven't heard of that EP7 machine. will have to check it out!

Have you had later removal on your left arm as looks like you had it blacked out and now a lighter blue tone?
For me I like both the inkjecta flite nano and workhorse irons coils, I can get similar results in my black and grey.
But i also have atleast 10 machines and I pick for the art and place im working with I love your videos, very informative reviews
I used to love inkjecta allot, but I do prefer flite2 version . Yeah I switch between machines too all the time. can't find the perfect one.
I like the sol nova unlimited but I use a lot of different machines I use the wand shader and the neuma four aswell as Dan kubin v3r I still really like the Zion for color work aswell their no perfect all a rounder i belive but the neuma four has gotten close and the new force by stigma even though I haven’t used it in real skin seems to be another great machine Vlad Blads ultron pen is great pen I use it almost everyday just cause of the ergonomics
As a traditional and black/grey tattooer, you’re not wrong about coils..... nothing creates a bold outline like them. But for subtle work and portrait work, I love my FKIrons Spektra Direkt 2

We hear a lot rotary can't be fixed. There should be more subtility in this assumption : if they come with electronic and controllers it will be impossible if you're not into stuffs like Arduino and don't have a machine in which an Arduino card can get in. But for basic ones most failures come from the motor, and most tattoo machine manufacturers don't make their own motors, they just buy it, and we can too. And it's way easier to find motors than coils because there are way more models and technical descriptions. In fact some very cheap rotary models can be modded greatly just by changing the motor.

@@AnrijsStraumeTattoo yeah dude I have the battery pack & with the wand it's perfect! The wand itself is a small pen style machine & pretty light, so adding the battery doesn't add too much weight on it so your hand won't be hurting after 6 hour sessions or longer!

Hey. you can use it FK irons Gorilla Click Ergo Grip, but you will need to get adapter with it to use it with Cheyenne machines.
That FKIRONS Flux and The Cheyenne Unlimited 4.0 are the best I have used..they are like that..but that’s my opinion..thanks for the content bro

Big fan, thanks for video. I have many machines, vlad blad avenger pro 2, coils, bishop, all kind... Just got new coil liner, is it true that example 12 07 RL on ONE coil machine can be very thin small line, but on other machine alot fatter line? im a little confused. I do same deapth in skin and stretch, but one liner does fatter work and this other machine 12 07 rl and 12 05 rl looks same shit. Very confuseing i think :D
Definitely it can make difference in line thickness. I was using Lacenano machine for years and managed to get fat 7rl , then I switched to Avenger and it is not the same 7rl I got used to

If u get the force get the3.7 stroke I used it yesterday it was awesome lines great with boost mode and u can shade softly with the white it's awesome it's like the unlimited sol nova with egive

What pen style machine would you say is a good all rounder as I was thinking of trying a Cheyenne hawk pen?
Hawk pen is a wonderful machine for certain tasks, I don’t personally use it much for lining and doing color fills anymore because it doesn’t have enough punch. I would recommend spending a little extra on the sol nova

Hey, Yes, I've tried it. I will make review once I can tattoo again and try it more and film it. But so far I can say that it's good machine. It has good punch , but it's smoother then coil , really nice feel.
Maybe not the best for soft black and grey, but I have to try a bit more and hopefully will make video about it in next few months!
plus - it's small , solid , and looks AWESOME!!!!

No such thing as the best tattoo machine in the world. Every artist uses every machine a different way and for different styles. Yes, some machines are aimed directly at certain styles and ways to use them but honestly it’s all a guideline if you’re experienced ;) That being said Bishop wands are life changing. The liner is unlike any machine I’ve ever used.

@@dannysanchez4281 Thanks for the suggestion! Never really was interested in them, kinda thought they're just like any other direct drive rotary machine. What's one of my favourite machine type, but I already have many of them. Hopefully will try some Bishop one day too!

Thankyou! Yeah, Xion is great for pretty much everything. I think for lining and packing good too, but Coil always will beat rotaries for lining.

Hard to tell , depends on the work I have to do , and placement etc.
I like switching between them. But I do love freedom with wireless machine. For past few months mostly I worked with them.

If u really want a great tattoo machine for yourself.. find a great tattoo machine builder and let he custom it for u.. thats what i did.. its better that way.. customized yr own machine
Yes, if it's coil machine you're looking to get, then customised one will be perfect.
