I don’t think I’ve heard many remixes of classic songs that are better than the original. Honestly, I don’t feel the purpose of a remix is to upgrade or improve the original track. In this case I think the remix highlights the evolution of electronic music since 2005. Love or hate this remix, you’ve got to admit it’s pretty mind boggling how much drums and synths have evolved since the original track!
