The original song is from a pretty traditional genre that is mostly popular on rural areas of the caribean region of colombia, which is what surprised me the most, because i never thought i'd hear a sample like this it on a drum and bass song xd

The roughness in the microphone, especially when she's at full noise makes the vocals sound like you've remixed a beautiful old Spanish/Mexican song. The dnb goes without saying but as someone has no local exposure to this language it's absolutely mesmerising what you've created, I have no idea what she's saying but I could listen to her belting it out for hours.
