Let's stop the urban legend about this being a country club. Maybe in the 1980s but after public outrage, no more of those.
@@PungiFungi Sure looks like a country club in that bucolic setting. And I don't get why this woman who ripped off people for billions of dollars is headed to a minimum security prison right off the bat. If she was a poor Black woman who cheated on her SNAP benefits, she'd be in maximum lockup in a flash. I guess it's true that being wealthy and white gets you whatever you want in this country, either in prison or without.
She lives in a 135 million dollar estate in the San Francisco Bay area. Not Texas.
Not so kind! It is a prison where she will be collectively housed with 200 inmates per dorm. It is no country club. There will be little or no privacy for her and a strict routine
@@PungiFungi can you please elaborate?
How is she paying lawyers when she's millions in debt?
Her rich husband
@@SusanM. just a partner. that man doesn't want to be hooked forever. they all calculate things and what-ifs.
I would call such a strategy "calculation".
He foolishly knocked her up twice, so he's tied to her and those kids for the foreseeable future even though they're not married. What a bonehead.
@@Mr.Quinlan888 exactly why would a man like that be involved with this kind of women.
🤦♂Complete BS - if anyone else had robbed $500 from a convenience store or bank we'd be sitting in jail. But steal Millions/Billions, stop by when you get a chance.
She should grow up like a big girl, do as Martha Stewart did and JUST take it on the chin, do your time, make the most of it and help other people while in the big house.
I agree... Jail can give you time to rethink and replan... But you know, I think she is too much of a narcissist to take on the challenge...
The big house??oh so scary 😦 thanks God for my small 2 bedrooms townhome 🙏🏻
Absolutely Disgraceful!!!
Only 11 years? What a joke
She named her daughter Invicta? Wow. That's telling.
Sounds like an evil Disney villain name lol
@@Cashhhhew Its the name of a model of lawnmover in Australia
People saying she had the babies to stay out of prison. Maybe she had them cuz she wanted children and if she didn’t have them now she might never have had them. She’s 39. By the time she’s out she’ll be in her mid to late 40s. Not able to have any. I’m not defending her. I think she deserves what she got. I just think she had her kids now before she went in and couldn’t have them after she got out.
Minimum security ? Didn't she once purchase a one-way flight to Mexico ?
She had two kids back-to-back just to stay out of prison right?
Poor kids. They're gonna need some major therapy as they grow up.
You are correctly right she thought if she had children, it was going to keep her out of prison ! She thought in her reasoning mind that she was special she wasn't like the other women who committed crimes go to trial, be convicted of those crimes, and sent to prison she's nothing like them. They are waiting for her !!
@@loriparks8657 I read that she's gonna be in a minimal security prison for women, the same one as that real housewives lady ended up. The place sound alright. I bet there's homeless women out there that wouldn't mind being in a place like that.
I still have no idea how the law realistically works
I guess unless I'm super rich or a pop star, I don't wanna find out 🙄
Or a lawyer
Regarding prisons, the nature of the crime matters. Violent offenders get longer sentences and harder prisons. Don’t commit crimes of violence.
If you're rich it works in your favour, if you're not it doesn't
Good ,, She should serve 100 yrs in prison for putting many, many peoples life at risk ..That would have been a mass murderer !!!!
I'm amazed someone wanted to marry her and have a family.
Really? 🐷women are the standard of beauty. According to murican media and culture, that is....
Not married
She is not married. Billy Evans decided not to marry her to protect his assets from litigation against her
yeah he’s the definition of a simp
He’s not very smart and probably has the same personality disorder she does.
Men will start a family with literally anybody.
That prison looks like clubmed. 11 year vacation. What a shame. She should be sent to do some hard time for the deception and pain she caused.
It’s about time she goes to prison. Anyone who has committed similar crimes would have been in jail by now!
Would she do 11 years or will she be out in 5 ❓🤔
She won’t do two
@@bmck-8400 really 😯❓
@@AlexRocks24-7 Judging from other cases of rich people who go to these “prisons” you will see they serve very little of the “sentence”. I hope I’m wrong .
Legal experts have said that assuming she behaves herself in prison, she'll probably serve about 7 years.
@@DannyHidalgo I don't understand why give 11 years but they only do half.
Just give 7 years in the first place 🤦
It's about time. These people need to pay the price for their dirty deeds.
*Just 11 years after all she has done. That's nothing. 11 years come and go. She should have at least 20 years.*
It’s not 11 years it’s 80% of 11 years
How sweet! Her new home will be within driving distance to her childhood home. To think, she and her family must have drove by there so many times. And now, its come full circle welcoming her.
“I’m a rich, blonde, white, female. I don’t have to go to jail right?”🤦🏻♀️
Just like the blond female parasite who stormed the capitol Jan. 6th. She said she won't spend time in prison because she's a white , blond female. White privilege is pathetic.
Black females go to jail so frequently due to their absence of morality and impulse control...
Good Lord, another 12 days? Go pick her up and take her to the prison for gawd's sake.
The fact that she has had all of the leniencies is outrageous. Our system of justice is a complete joke.
White Privilege
She lives in a 135 MILLION DOLLAR estate in the San Francisco Bay area. Sell it, DEBT IS PAID!
glad to know she's been denied this time!
That prison looks like a resort. How the hell does that happen?
A lot of white people have empathy for this lady
Why are they ordered to pay back investors but not victims like me who paid for bloodwork and got messed up results that required further testing???
I use to think she had kids to get sympathy on her sentencing, but I realized she is almost 40 her biological clock is ticking. If she doesn't have kids now 11 years from now she wont be able to.
Exactly good point. If she waited till she got out of prison she probably would be infertile
No she is manipulative. Don't forget she had 2 kids right after the other. And If you read facts, she and her partner never believed she would be convicted. That's why she got that one way ticket to Mexico. She had those kids because she wanted a sympathy card. That's it
That’s a…. Boarding School 😅. Not a prison 🤣
Billy Evans must be the King of the Simps for getting involved with Balwani's leftovers. Post wall chick with tons of emotional and legal problems. You can tell he's completely under her toxic spell with that sappy hand holding routine. What ever happened to the big tough iron woman who was going to break all those glass ceilings?
Yes they go soft on her because she is white and has blond hair - the blond hair always make the establishment go cuckoo in the head, and she plays them perfectly. Contrast her crime with numerous blacks that have been handed down life sentences for far lesser offences.
Good!. 11 years should be 20 years.
Why is it taking so long to throw her in jail? Do it already!!!
3 year sentence is what she should have got...11 years for fraud .she's not to blame all.alone..🧐
Good point
She laid blame on Balwani, so much so that his sentence exceeded hers! Holmes was majority stockholder n CEO. Theranos was her house & her responsibility. She earned her 11-year sentence.
What happens when full restitution is not paid? Do you go back to jail?
Omfg! Is that the prison she is going to?! 🤯
Some people get caught selling cigarettes on the street 3 times and they get life in prison! She stole hundreds of millions and she gets to go to a prison that looks like a beach resort! 🤬
Let's say she will not be served hors d'ourves and be waited on hand and foot. Low security Fed prisons had gotten a lot stricter since the scandals in the 1980s.
It isn’t a resort, it’s a prison. She can’t come and go as she pleases. Her activities will be regulated.
@@GH-oi2jf Nobody said it is a a resort 🤦♂️
She is a greedy , selfish, lying white-collar criminal that is getting better treatment than the average inmate 🤬
IT'S ABOUT TIME !!!!
Imagine being a mom and not being able to see your kids for 11 years
If her partner gives a crap he'll sell the estate and move the kids to TX so they can visit regularly. But honestly, when your parent is a scammer creep, how much do you even want to see them? No matter what, those kids are going to get a rude awakening as soon as they're old enough to google mommy. And yeah she should have thought of that before having a baby to try to get sympathy points in a court case. Or before choosing to defraud a ton of people.
@@barbarianvee Sell the estate? Why?
Billy's not some homeless bum; He can fly his private jet back & forth frm CA to TX as often as he wants, any time he wants! With good behavior & enuff $$$ Billy can prob have liz out in 5-6 yrs, but in the meantime, there's a lot of lonely hotties out there😂 to keep him warm

I guess yr not familiar w/his hotels' locations on the beach in SD; Why wd he move to a god-forsaken state from the sunny beaches of SoCal when he can merely fly on his private jet to visit her???
Basically they are sending her to a country club and spas resort for 3 years.
I can’t wait till she has some accountability see how deep her voice is in the big house when the big girls get her
She is not going to the big house, more like club med secured facility.
@Mike Stefka hope she still gets her ass beat in there.
That's nasty
😭🤭
So scary
She should have been charged with attempted murder on millions.
Vile woman allowed to wait years because she's wealthy and white. American justice
Also 11yrs....how much of that will this teary eyed "victim of abuse" really have to serve.?
WTF man, how come she goes to jail while all the male con artists get to be CEOs and politicians?!!
Why she had 2 babies it’s so selfish! Now the babies don’t have a mother. Always victims and pain around narcissist.
It's sad to have such a beautiful family and to risk it for money.
She got pregnant after she was indicted.... that was her ploy to stay out of prison... she is so selfish
she didn't risk it she was already charged... And it wasn't her money none of it, investors lost and gave to her to abuse..
For a woman who was relentless with litigation and so many threats towards those young kids, she sure is quite the coward. Not such a hot shot now!
Me: yes, consequences.
Reporter: investors will be paid back. Investors like Rupert Murdock and Betsy Davis.
Me: oh for crap sake. Even our wins are losses. #richstayingrich
I wonder why the Ex manager of Theranus got a 13 year sentence and she just 11. Is it because he is a man?
Theranos is pretty close to Thanos, isn’t it? Hmmm…
Except for her, prison is inevitable. Hopefully.

She should get extra time for getting prego while waiting to go to prison
Twice! She’s so selfish
Wasn’t she supposed to go to prison back in April.? And they push back the date of serving the sentence because she was pregnant?!!?! She gets special treatment for stealing from, defrauding and ridiculing cancer patients…but someone steals a box of cookies and the cannot possibly push back the date. That’s not Justice.
It’s sickening how well off people get special treatment.

I Love how she's made out to be a princess becaue her skin is powder but anyone else would be deplorable 😂

Minimum security. What a damn joke.
Make her watch Pinocchio on rerun in jail 😂
Way too harsh a sentence. There was zero violence, she should be under house arrest. The only ones greatly affected here are her kids.
That “prison” looks nicer than my neighborhood
She has no idea how lucky she is. It's a resort like prison camp so probably horse riding , daycare, meditation, yoga and steak dinners.
It's Holmes. Not Homes. Jesus.
