While MSC - in its western form - has been around for some time, this is a lucid and lively presentation. It should not sound cynical to remark that western approach to change management is acknowledging what has always existed in eastern cultures. That the power of narrative to move and mobilize people cannot be underestimated. Narratives become stories and stories become folklore and then epics.

Do you have any good examples of change management in eastern cultures? It would be great to be able to share those experiences. Thanks :)
