Thank you so much. This is exactly what I was looking for. I am knitting one for my grandson and I will be knitting more of these for other children, even charity knitting. It is a very easy and cute pattern. Thank you so much.
Thanks Sara. Beautiful hat in circular needles. I love to hear your instructions so soft voice and you show with lot of patience. I love knitting hats in circular needles. Thanks for all different sizes mentioning number of stitches and rows for kids upto 24 months and yarn type. I am very grateful appreciate. I will surely knit for my granddaughters. I am looking forward to knit adult cable hat in Circular needles for my daughter and pullover sweater for granddaughters. Hope you will soon show us. Thanks again.
Thanks for this for my second knitting project! I found it easier to use 4 double-end needles since it is more straightforward to me as a beginner. For the top, it also works to keep knitting stitches together all way down to 1 stitch and tie that off.
Thank you so very much for this fantastic video. ❤ I finally understand now thanks to you, how to use circular knitting needles. I am going to start now and make my newborn granddaughter your beanie ❤❤
Hi! I'm planning to knit this, but going to use #5 Bulky yarn with size 9 needles. How many stitches should I cast on and how many rows should I knit. It will be for my son that is turning 11 month old this week
What type of purl stitch are you doing? Is there a reason to do it that way (with it being more open towards the front) compared to a regular purl (more closed)? Is it a way of making it a partial twisted rib so that it's neater? My ribbing is usually quite loose and irregular, no matter what I try
i love your instructions but i couldn't find your written instructions. how do i find that. i'm going to make a hat and the bootie with your great instructions. thank you !
I was wondering why you added 1 sts and slipped it ? I know you said it's to join but I've knitted in the round before using magic loop like you're doing and there was no need to join it happens on its own. Is it for neater edges perhaps?
Hey Sara would you happen to know how many to cast on for a newborn if using a size 6 circular knitting needle? Imagine it would be some number fewer. Thank you!
If your working in the round why do you have to flip? I keep getting lost on wish row to start with next and I keep combing them. Will a stitch marker work in this scenario
This was so generous of you to film and post the pattern in different sizes. Thank you so much!!
You’re very welcome 😉
Thank you so much for this tutorial. It's really lovely ❤

What a cool idea to knit in the round on a longer circular needle when you don’t have a short one. Thanks that’s a great tip!!
You are so welcome! 🤗
My first baby hat is done! Thank you !!
Lovely pattern - thank you .
Thanks for this tutorial, it was easy to do and I am quite confortable now to knit in the round!!!!! Be well.

I’m so sorry but i don’t know how many stitches. It all depends on gauge.
With fine yarn for 2 years girl without measurements how many stitches need to cast on?

It’s just the way I was taught to knit. From what I’ve been told it’s called combination continental knitter. In my opinion it’s easier and faster.
@@knittingforbaby it means no prob if I do knit or purl from front or back loop and nothing different to result?
This is how I do it too
i love your instructions but i couldn't find your written instructions. how do i find that. i'm going to make a hat and the bootie with your great instructions. thank you !
Here’s the link to my Etsy shop where you can find the pattern www.etsy.com/shop/crochetforbabystore
I want to make it, but i'm using (yarn) 5 ply and 4 mm needle, how many cast ons should I make, please help me?
For baby 12-24
Thank's for sharing, I've managed to make it, and if I'm not mistaken I made 88 CO, do you have an Instagram so I can tag the project?

Yes it creates a nicer edge
@@knittingforbaby okay thanks for the quick answer!

Look in the information box. I wrote the number of st there.

That is because it’s knit in the round with magic loop technique. If you have short needles there is no need to turn.
Can you make a pacifier clip pattern? Thanks
What length of needle is needed?
You can use any length with magic loop.

Look in the information box of the video. The information box opens when you click the title of the video 😉
For the cast on it says on the video 64 stitches, but the printed pattern says 74? Which ones to follow?
