So refreshing to sit back and watch chill, easy, fun, funny content.
Sometimes bringing it back to basics in WW is what the Doctor ordered. I’m so over the major shop makeovers and big massive projects.
Thanks for making this video. It was enjoyable and entertaining. Your style and sense of humor put it on top. 👍🏽

I wanted to make smart ass hot tub comments like, you also used glue, dowels, and tools on the bench, or you didn’t cut that by hand, you used a chisel and a router. Instead, I’m sitting here, mind still blown wondering if the “working” half of woodworking is the problem solving half. You, sir, are a genius!

I've seen in some installs where they used an oscillating tool on the drywall to sink the bracket to the stud. Do you think this is unnecessary? Ok maybe given the weight you have it is in your example, but there's merits to the method.

Impact drill bits are the best things I've bought in a long time, try using an impact when drilling, so much faster and easier, especially drilling pocket holes. My drills have been collecting dust since I discovered this, unless I'm running a bunch of small screws, nice to have a clutch for those

Where was the rule breaking part? I kept expecting to see you hang some of that hardware with drywall anchors. At any rate, this hardware is WAY better than the janky crap that came with the boring-ass IKEA floating shelves I had to hang in my apartment. Yeah, IKEA stuff is a poverty of the soul to someone with any skill at woodworking/fabrication - but sometimes you just want something up there and you don't want to have to build it yourself. I shall file this video away for a future where I want to mount floating shelves that are not soulless and devoid of style.
