@@MountainRugCleaning I remember when you first started out & you had around 500 subscribers. You had a extremely small space & a lot less equipment but you was scrubbing until they came out clean. Now, look how many people you have. Congratulations from U.S..
He is a true professional. He always goes the extra mile to achieve outstanding results. I love the fact that he proves the rug is really clean by showing the water after using the extractor.
I was explaining this very thing to my hubby yesterday! Crystal clear water or he washes again. I love this rug, too! As soon as he started cleaning, I saw Purple! and sat up and took notice. 😂
Can we just take a moment to appreciate all the hard work MRC puts into his videos? It can't be easy to clean these rugs, film all the the angles we've come to enjoy (even when trying to wrangle in Dirt Reynolds new brush), and then edit it all into videos that we love so much. So thank you so much James! You are amazing!
i have worked with "buffer machines", you have to get that scrub pad Exactly centered or the machine will bounce all over the place from being imbalanced.
I’m glad you love these videos. Notice the number of views? I wonder how much revenue that brings in. My opinion; These are relatively new rugs ( not all ) and carpets that have been saturated with a water soluble solution to make them look awful. Bringing them back to life is not as difficult as it might seem and in the process, makes the equipment, personnel and detergents look totally professional. Who allows carpet get that dirty except maybe a house fire and these carpets don’t ever look burned, so I rule that out. Enjoy them if you like them, thats OK, but I’m moving on to something that I don’t think is fabricated. Like I said, just my opinion. I hope I’m wrong.
Dirt Reynolds really had a field day with that rug! Your methodical approach to each rug is amazing. No matter how dirty it is, your steps to cleaning always come through and prove true. The proof is in the bucket at the end!
My 4 year old daughter and I spend some of our mornings sitting together and watching these videos after breakfast. She loves to see the cleaning process and the big googly eyes on Dirt Reynolds. It’s really great to see wholesome content on the internet. Thanks for cleaning rugs, we love it.
Love your videos! This rug is gorgeous and I wish I could buy it! 15:09 the way that Dirt Reynolds’ eyes go crazy was amazing! If it was in other videos, somehow I only noticed recently and I love it!
Now that is a fantastic rug. Also really enjoy that you're not afraid to leave in the little oopsie moments like getting used to the new brush and the rug sliding about... 😂
I don't know who takes the time to lovingly create such beautiful rugs, but they should be thankful that there is someone as skilled as you who is willing to restore them to such outstanding attractiveness!!! 👏👏❤❤👏👏 The pattern was *SO* intricate!!!
Watching that rug become new again is just a feast for the eyes. You can just make out what the pattern will be but the colour pop. That purple just pops out at you. If that rug has gone anywhere else I believe it wouldn’t come out as clean & beautiful. Another outstanding job. Thank you for sharing and please keep your videos coming.
This is amazing! I can’t believe how much cleaner it got with the first pass of Dirt Reynolds and how long mud kept coming out of it!! A truly incredible transformation; thank you so much for recording and posting this video! It was really satisfying and relaxing to watch
I LOVE you brushing of the rugs, reminds me of wood working and a hand saw, I can close my eyes and almost smell sawdust. Love the way you clean the rugs and your results.
New subscriber here. I am watching older videos along with the new. I love all of your videos but wanted to say the skill level on the editing has become amazing! I am engaged thoroughly through the whole video. I absolutely LOVE the close ups of R2-Clean2. The foaming action on that machine is top notch. Thanks for the hard work at restoring these amazing rugs and thanks for the great content!
Outstanding as always! This rug is so beautiful! It saddens me that people discard rugs and let them wither away to the elements. Thank you for giving these rugs a new chance at life! ❤
Love the over-the-shoulder shots! Your videos are so interesting and therapeutic to watch-I don't bother with anyone else's cleaning vids. That rug looks spectacular now. You, Dirt Reynolds and R2Clean2 make a wonderful team!
I knew I was going to like this rug even through the dirt, but wow!! That was truly an amazing amount of dirt in the open sequence. You never cease to amaze me with the rugs you find and the amount of work you put in. God bless from Texas.
Always love watching your videos, they're edited well and there's a great balance between long videos and time-lapse ones. I don't usually comment but two things: this is the most beautiful rug you've cleaned so far and the eyes at 15:07 😆
My dad LOVES to watch these kinds of videos of restoring gross objects to good-as-new. He’s HOOKED to this now! We love watching this together and react to how gross the carpets are before cleaning. THANKS FOR THE AMAZING VID :D
Out of all the carpet cleaning videos I've seen I believe I like this rug the best. Love the design and the color. Love your videos, keep up the good work mate.
i always have a hard time telling whether these rugs are purposely getting dirty or if these are actual people's rugs. either way, it is satisfying and a beautiful end result. personally, if i had a rug that dirty, i would just throw it away.
Bit of both. Some of them are faked, you can tell because they're always exactly the same with OTT amounts of easily water soluble black and brown in the same couple of shades, meaning either they've had the same clay-heavy dirt put on them (which is statistically unlikely even if he only services a very small area) or that they've had the same easily water soluble black/brown colourant (probably cheap paint, so as to not dye the rug) added to them after natural soiling. There's some vegetation and some cases that do seem to just genuinely be heavily soiled, but most have been... let's say "enhanced", for a better transformation on-screen. I don't hold it against him tho, it's not like we come to youtube for 100% authentic true to life content xD
What a gorgeous rug! It never fails to surprise me when under that muck you unearth something really unexpected. That pattern, those colors... Great job, as always!
The camera view from ceiling is trippy!! I have an idea! You should put googly eyes on top of your hat. 😂 11:30 This close up angle made my mouth drop! Holy crap that's good stuff lol 15:09 I swear on my life I spit the cracker out of my mouth I was crunching on & burst into tearful laughter. I needed that! 😂 Well done. I love the colors/ patters. Always a pleasure to watch. Best out there!
I love that you've become more conscious of wasting water comparing to what you did before, now you use the stick to clean the surface around the rug, and not water
I absolutely love this rug!! I would purchase this if available! I couldn’t believe how much dirt and such was in it! Love you videos! You are amazing!
Wow, the end result is amazing! In some of your earlier videos you would tell where you got these rugs. Could you please continue to do that? I'm always wondering where each rug was found. Thanks for the great videos
Same, I miss that. Although at this point I'm pretty sure he's got a mud pit in his backyard that he lets them marinate in, I can't imagine that there's this steady a supply of truly filthy rugs coming in at this point. Still enjoy the vids tho.
When I first saw this rug, and could make out the pattern, I thought it would be red and yellow- all the rugs I've seen with similar patterns seem to be red. I certainly didn't expect the vibrant purple! It occurs to me that your job must be a very satisfying one, seeing brilliant colour and intricate pattern emerge from under a uniform layer of dull brown!
I’m getting more and more admired by your fantastic idea of exploiting the natural attraction of the public for the act of cleaning. I’d like to know where you get such dirty carpets. Good work.👍👍👍
I just tried my hand at cleaning a braided rope rug my grandparents had in their den that my grandpa's dog spent the last decade peeing on. It was so filthy, it was nearly black and sticky/crunchy. 😢 Somehow, I managed to get it clean without wrecking it. My whole body is sore after all the scrubbing, so I now have a new appreciation for the work you do here. ❤ You do amazing work!

Legit question, in normal cases, how often should you get your rugs professionally cleaned?

I. Love. This RUG!!!!
So THATS what that is, the water left over from the vacuum. Knowing that now, that's a massive flex.
