honestly I followed it from the dump at the yard for like 30 minutes on the freeway and we went through some random neighborhood with esd cans he parked by a school took a break then started back up only to go to a random small apart complex and that was it

Roto-compaction bodies are infamous for their inability to pack recycling. I am surprised Republic sent it out to do it, either they don't know better, or as CVGT says, they don't care.
