It was Bún Riêu, “bún” is actually vermicelli and “riêu” is “crab”, the broth contains crab, tomato, pig bone and other seasoning, the topping which you mentioned included mushrooms is traditional Vietnamese sausage which made with pig’s ear so you could probably feel the crunchy texture a bit.

I really love your videos Diana! I can see how youre getting better and better at filming and confidence in talking to the camera (I wouldn't be able to do it im too shy!) hehe but I think if you get a little mic your audio would be soooo amazing!!
