2 cups or 500 grams bread * 2 cups milk * 1 can Condensed milk * 1 can Evaporated milk * 4 eggs * 1 tsp vanilla * 2 Tbsp melted butter * 1 tsp cinnamon powder * 1/2 cup raisins * 1 cup sugar * Tear bread into pieces. * Pour all of the milk in the bowl with the bread & add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. * Make a caramel sauce by heating the 1 cup of sugar with 1/4 cup water. When the sugar water thickens and turns brown remove it from the stove and immediately pour it into the baking dish. Let cool for 5 minutes or so. Pour bread & milk mixture into baking dish. Cover with foil. * Put baking dish into another pan and add water 1/2 way up baking dish to create a water bath (Baño Maria) to prevent bread pudding from burning. * Bake at 350 for 1 hour & 15 minutes or more. Check with tooth pick to see if it comes back dry. If still wet bake a few more minutes. When it’s ready remove from oven. Let it sit for about 1 hour. * Run a knife along edges of pudin de pan and put a plate on top of the baking dish and flip it. * Enjoy with whip cream, Ice cream or caramel sauce on top. Buen provecho

It’s not bread pudding it’s flam
It’s bread pudding because It’s made with bread. Flan has no bread in it. This is Pudin de pan with 3 milks. Flan is only eggs.
