Well here are a few solutions i could come up with after watching the video to avoid infertility problem:
1)No to smoking
2)Not to keep mobile and laptop close to crotch. Laptop users needs to focus on this one because laptop generates a lot more heat than Mobile and here even Mobile heat is dangerous.
3)Do not marry in same community. (Big reason)
4) never stay low on testosterone.
5) avoid living in polluted areas.
For the 4th point:
Symptoms of Testosterone Deficiency (TD)
Reduced sex drive.
Reduced erectile function.
Loss of body hair.
Less beard growth.
Loss of lean muscle mass.
Feeling very tired all the time (fatigue)
Obesity (being overweight)

The most important factors are life style habits(smoking, stress,eating habits, pollution) and trust me age is the last factor men gets impacted from! Men don’t have menopause and they can produce sperms till death , however it decreases with as we age but doesn’t STOP ever.
So men eat healthy food ,avoid pollution(masks, air purifiers), don’t smoke , take good night’s sleep and everything else will be taken care of!

Genetic issues mainly occur inside the uterus / Fallopian Tube when the cells are dividing. It is highly highly unlikely (next to impossible) that a abnormal sperm will at all make it to the ampulla isthmus. Remember the most fittest sperm is able to fertilise the ovum.

So coming to your statement , it’s next to impossible but yes if there’s a genetic abnormality in the male partner then it is possible. But again that’s a general thing even females can have that!
But if both male and female are genetically healthy, most of the times there will be a issue with the cell division inside the female body or if there’s a issue with the egg quality.
Know that, females after birth don’t produce any eggs but they’re already present and stored in the ovaries since birth whereas males continue to produce new sperms throughout their life.
This issue increases with the age (35 or greater though deterioration of stored eggs starts with age 30 or above)which causes reduction in the egg quality and hence the chances for genetic abnormality increases.
It is advised to get a regular checkup with your Doctor if the female is over 35 to rule out any genetic issues in the embryo, today medical science has taken care of such issues.
The reasons for this reduction in quality of ovum is pollution, stress , unhealthy lifestyle habits like smoking and drinking and aging.

@@truthseeker8324 It is not related with genders but yes advanced parent age(women aged 34 or older and men 40 or older) is a potential risk factor but again that is not the sole factor for Autism or any genetic disorder. I have seen many cases of autism but they tend to be gender neutral more leaning towards older couples in general and many older couples giving birth to a perfectly healthy baby. So you never actually know what has caused it , could be abnormal sperm or ovum OR may be other pregnancy complications or some other random gene mutations in the morula or blastulla stage of pregnancy.
More importantly, it may be the case where the father could have had some mutations during spermatogenesis /family history but that doesn’t necessarily define the general pattern.

Great video, a much needed discussion, but a few thoughts, the edogomy study has a lot of issues, results havent been replicable, sample size was insignificant, but definitely a worthy direction for more research. Age and sperm count once again arent studied well enough, motility is a factor for sure thats inversely correlated with age, but theres a catch, it doesn't seem to impact over all fertility as much as the count alone. The lifestyle factors by far are the major cause, stress being a major sperm killer, this is studied well enough that, a consistently high cortisol level (hormone that is correlated to stress) can really damage sperm production.

Well, since my sister is an MBBS student she told me that both men and women can be infertile. To produce children, we need fertile sperms(male) and fertile ova(female) and if anyone of them is infertile then there will no children. In this video, she said that 50% of infertility are men. So, do you know what does mean? It means that other 50% of infertility cases are women.
My sister also told me that she heard an infertility case in her medical college in which both husband and wife were infertile. Do you know the reason? Reason is both are addicted to smoking and alcohol which decreased testosterone level in husband and also decreased estrogen level in wife for which they are not able to produce fertile sperms and ova respectively.

Fertility in general whether men or women is a very concerning issue. But in men, the biggest contributing reasons are - Stress too much of it, overthinking, Alcohol, smoking and drugs which have been too normalized in the society, Food habits (unnecessary fast-food eating and presence of chemical in our food), Not exercising or meditating, and last environment. It's like you have an image in your mind that nightlife and modern fun life means couple drinking beers, or wine. But in reality, even if you drink one peg or have some wine it affects your body in long term.
