I really love your idea and I was thinking about subscribing and finally I did two days ago. Your fee is fair but you have many programs that are already streaming on Tubi TV. I fell in love with your programs from Tubi, like The Encounter and What If. But you don't have the option operable where I can save my favorite movies. You don't answer back in email which I tried to send you some messages. And even in your chat box the robot did not respond to the things I said. So with all of that I felt discarded as a customer. You have customer service options but I saw no customer service. I really commend you on your mission! But I sure am disappointed in your service. And I also feel like you are deceiving people. Because you have some programs showing several times on the main page. To make it appear like you have more choices when you don't. You're off to a great start but as a customer, I don't see it worth paying for it just yet. Possibly in the future. I have a UA-cam channel with my email showing if you would like to inquire of my complaints. I only wanted you to know what it's like from the customer's perspective.
