That IPA looks interesting! Sure it doesn't taste too much like soda?
It sure does get close to soda.. It needs to be served really cold imho, because as soon as it gets a bit of warmth, it becomes sweeter and sweeter. Only at the right temperature does it keep a good balance between sweet and bitter.
