Yo Yves, again a great review and some great new information you gave about this style and his history. Did you know you are realy close to me @ brewery Bosteels 😅 .. like 200 meters away! I also want that tour in Bosteels and we realy got to do a deal with Marcsken from the Cuytegemhoeve since we are talking already a long time about doing a (blind) beertasting evening with multiple people. I would like it to be you who does that since i have seen you're video about the b&b thing and that you do these tasting formula's of 1.5-2 hrs with going back to the history of the beers and styles. marcsken has got the glasses and you don't have to do the dishes 🤣. I will ask Marc tmrrw after work and you just tell me what you want for this tasting evening. I would like it to happen between 13th to 23th december if that is ok for you? I'll keep you updated 👍🍻🍻
