We know pain to become an IAS IPS but after getting the job still we've to work under an Uneducated CM or Uneducated Minister. So by this we can say more than Education, power dominates the society..
If Akshay could not make UPSC, ppl wud say useless & thief. But now he is IPS, so anchor is calling him naughty.. I feel that a person can be in any profession ( IAS, IPS, astronomer,doctor), but his nature will never change.

Increase age limit . It gives a chance for try . I will sit there and work at least 15 hours because of the passion I developed by seeing inspiration videos . Hope some one listening .
