I started watching this in the morning .. after 10 mins i started connecting to the talk between Swapna and Anjali. Its s good conversation and brought up few points on the male attitudes in the society. As Swapna said in the conclusion, this kind of open talks will give motivation to the others. This interview has been an eye opener for me personally. I have heard about the work place sexual harassment, read about it, have taken awareness trainings but have never appreciated the need for delving deeper. This interview made me shudder at the widespread prevalence. It is very sad and I hope women speak up more often and law is applied stringently along with hefty financial penalties on the employers who didn’t act.
