Thank you for sharing your experience, you proved it we can achieve anything & everything with consistency. I have no clue about UPSC exams even today, I have to accept it. I recently started looking everyday one of the IAS/IPS candidates interview. So far everyone mentioned great about Bala Latha madam. It very fortunate to know about you.
