Russia is capable of building passenger jets 100% by its own potential
Bull, they have taken all the electronics from the aircraft they stole, by not returning the lease planes.
@@stevecarlisle3323 China the worlds manufacturer is right next door, Russia don't need to "steal" anything. They can simply ask China to manufacture equipment for them.
@@The-Cat Not really 100% then is it , like the original post.
@@stevecarlisle3323 Just like Apple products China only (Foxconn) does the manufacturing. The designs and specifications can still be done domestically .
TRUE
PD-8 engine is developed for SJ 100, and PD-14 has been developed for MC-21
I will fly this than the Boeing
😂😂😂😂
@@allex2451
Laugh when the door falls put of your Boeing plane
At least there planes are built for SAFETY NOT PROFIT like Boeing 😊
@@Moses_VII 😂😂😂😂😂
Please DO
Engines take time to develop and perfect, but of course it will get a Russian engine. The PD series of engines they are making are new designs, unlike the engines it is using at the moment.
Russia has a lot advantages in terms of metallurgy expertise, availability of metals like Titanium, Chromium, Nickel, Tungsten, Boron, etc. Ceramics? Most important is not let corporate greed compromise reliability and quality. Sadly that is what happened to Boeing. Passenger airplanes need to be 100% reliable and safe.
They already install PD 8 engine on the SJ 100.
after 16000+sanctions Russia economy is going stronger txs for Putin
I bet you will never want to die in this flying coffin.
😂😂😂😂
SJ-100 will definitely get a Russian PD-8 engine, there is no other option!
They could stop invading places like Georgia and Ukraine. Rejoin the civilized world and regain access to the superior aerospace hardware it has to offer. That's an option...
Wow that must be why Indian airline have put in record orders for Boeing and Airbus this last year and haven't ordered a Single SJ 100
Just because of Sanction on Russia...
IT CAN BE STRETCHED TO TAKE MORE PASSANGERS.
Great looking aircraft. Yes, the SJ-100 jet will eventually receive Russian engines. It is just a matter of time.
The western aircraft were mostly leased. This is not an option for these aircraft. Even if they can bypass the embargo there is insufficient funds in the Russian economy to replace the fleet. This is an act of bravado, not a realistic proposition.
They will replace in phase. They have no other option but to use their own jet. This in my opinion is a blessing in disguise.
They can sell to emerging nations
LOL says whom that Russia has insufficient funds? Russia wasn't meant to be able to afford building Su-35S, Su-30SM, modernize MiG-31s, supply army with comprehensive kit, build new littoral warships, new submarines, upgrade heavy bombers, develop next-generation systems, put Su-57 in production, build brand-new T-90M tanks as well as modernize T-72Bs and T-80B/BVs at the same time and more. I won't even start on the fact that Russia has the most advanced nuclear energy reactors in the world.
I really don't know if you are open-minded enough to realize by now that everything you think know about Russia is blatantly false. There IS money in Russian economy, banks CAN and WILL lend to airlines to replace their Boeings and Airbuses with these SSJ-NEW and MS-21-310s. Honestly, how many times does your nation needs to be proven wrong before you realize that someone somewhere is brainwashing you lot, and on a huge scale?
the Russian engine is already available, it just needs a "tweaking" to be used in the Sj-100...the hard part is already being overcome which is the conversion of all the avionic and sub-systems into Russian-made components.
This is a great looking aircraft hope it’s better than this Boeing trash 🗑️ here in the States 🇺🇸
French Airbus néo ❤❤❤😊
Iran 🇮🇷 is supporting Russia for producing new aircraft
What is the production capacity per month?
🤔Максимум 3 самолёта в месяц/36 самолётов в год - такой темп производства был достигнут в 2014 году.🙂
RUSSIA 🇷🇺🇷🇺 INDIANS are ready to join to your INDUSTRIES
No not really
Original SSJ was a good idea. A mix of Russian and established international vendors that would make overseas service simpler. The sanctions made this entirely unworkable so this was necessary.
Forza Russia, SJ💯👍🍀💪❤
The reality: All Russian civil aircraft (e.g. SJ 100, MC 21, TU-204 etc) have so far had significantly higher maintenance costs & downtimes than promised & than competitor aircraft. Therefore their world market share (outside Russia/Belarus/Cuba) is less than 0.1%.
The situation with the Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SJ 100): Only 1 was sold in the last 5 years, over 60 were ‘in stock’ in 2020 because returned or not accepted.
One more, make it look like a russian plane pls😄
What short life engine will it use.
It'd likely be irrelevant since Russia could just build new ones.
Maybe rusian plane more strong and longlife
They should put Turmansky engines there.
Which ones? R-35-300 from MiG-23? Might as well stick NK-32-2 into it, you know, while we are at it :D
India should partner with Russia and jointly develop aircraft’s instead of buying from the west
We will be able to save a lot of
Hope the commission walas don’t spoil such an effort

@@MathyBoonen It'll be hell for your western state soon enough when drag queens start grooming your kids in a kindy, when your food will begin including crickets, when you aren't allowed to drive what you want and when your state will experience an economic downturn similar to Great Depression.
All the while Russia is experiencing economic growth, now that it actually got off its lazy ass and got moving.
sure it can fly :) so could MIG 15 .... look at the engienes, it needs free fuel to be competetive
They are turbofans. Like the rest in the industry. Also as the narrator stated, these are older SAM-146 with bypass air mixing with jet stream.
I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY EU, US, JAPAN CANADA, AUSTRALIA UNDERESTIMATE CHINA BRAZIL, RUSSIA AND SO ON 🤔 🤔 🙄.
At least EMBRAER launching around selling out) the world however COMAC OR SUPER-JET OR CM21 haven't nope much costumes 😮😮😮😮😮
Mental state inertia. They think that they are forever in the lead, having forgotten that by now they are past the point of diminishing returns and that nations of BRICS that are actually industrialized aren't as far behind as west had brainwashed itself to think.
'Soon' ! Lol, how soon?
within the next two years you will see this SJ-100 airplane flies commercially
This airplane uses turbojets instead of turbofans. Fuel consumption may be a bit high but Russia can afford it. Important is reliability.
Nope. Those are turbofans. It's just that the bypass air is mixed with combustion jet stream before leaving the engine. If you look at the PD-8s bigger brother PD-14, it's bypass air is not mixed with jet stream and looks like a traditional turbofan.
Check out pictures of old JT8D engine. It's a turbofan, but also looks like this.
2:00 Great They discovered the 737...born in the 1960s... maybe they will prototype a 1975 Pontiac station wagon..
At least SSJ-NEW isn't losing its doors mid-flight and not running a dodgily-programmed flight control system ;)
Russia is quite capable of building engines for this aircraft or any other aircraft. Russia will show the West it is as good in technology as the West, and the sanctions imposed upon it, mean nothing.
Well done Russia, congratulations from Australia.
Safest airplane of world 😂😂😂😂
Must be safer than Boeing atleast 🙂🙂
Boeing with loose doors will be the unsafest 😂

Well how many countries will accept it in thier airspace, for Russian skies only
There's a whole lot of countries that will. Especially when the price is competitive enough.
I dunno if anyone told you, but the word "WORLD" includes not just Western Europe Australia/NZ and North America, but also entirety of South America, Africa, Asia and Middle East, West is a market of just under 1 billion people. The rest of the world is 3.5 billion people that has no problem trading with Russia. And it increasingly tells USA to stick its CAATSA legislation up where sun doesn't shine. I strongly recommend that you wear a proper warm head gear mr Canadian, because cold seems to have frozen your brain.
Bullshit
It will crash and burn with in a year. Pure junk
😂😂😂😂, crap, a failure....
Crap airplane ♿️
I would choose crap airplane over Boeing.
No, it's not a Boeing
I bet it's safer than a stupid Boeing
Boeing is built to crash.
No nation in Europe builds an airliner all on its own. Even US makes an aircraft with foreign parts. So that means the craphole you call home can't build a passenger aircraft without foreign help ;) Russia makes it ENTIRELY in-house now. Crap is what's inside your depleted uranium scull. Go grow a brain, it's a useful asset.
Its all AI content all video?
This aircraft isn't EASA regulations and FAA confirms and not all systems from Russia. Maybe 75% not all.
SSJ-100 was indeed not all-Russian. SSJ-NEW, which is supposed to be all-Russian, first prototype, is flying on foreign engines but the rest of it is all-Russian. PD-8 engines are not far off. So, fingers crossed :D
Russia has full access to EASA regulations, so nothing is stopping them from making it EASA-compliant before releasing it for export, which is what they'll likely do :)
@@Max_Da_G Access to the EASA web is not linked to the EASA certification process. The problem for the Russians is that their aircraft (MS-21 or SSJ) aren't followed by EASA audit teams, no EASA tests and EASA approvals, no EASA certifications. Sure, they can build an aircraft to EASA standards, but the final product can't be accepted "just like that". The EASA certification process is a very complex procedure at every stage from initial engineering design approval to test flights. What the Russians are doing now has nothing to do with FAA or EASA. Maybe they can use this aircraft for internal use. Even Vietnam or the Philippines cannot operate this aircraft without international certification. I am not sure if anyone in Russia can understand this with our internal propaganda.
