Just a safety alert --- if you were trying to preserve your privacy by covering your room number at 00:26, it was pretty much pointless because at 00:52 you see the room number directly across yours? just a heads up if in case you want to edit/blur that out for safety?

I'd just like to say thank you for showing what the shared bathroom looks like! I haven't even applied to any schools that don't have suite-style rooms but it is really nice to know that the hallway bathrooms aren't as bad as I thought.

I love how your college set up the room! I live the desk behind the beds! It makes so much more room for storage! I told my roommate about it and how we should do this since we can move our desks.

Were you scared of what kind of roommate you would have? I'm moving into a dorm for my first year and I'm worried that I'll have some weird roommate or someone who's like my alter ego. I'm also scared that they'll steal my stuff (alarm clock, printer, phone etc.) how do you get used to that

This is really late, but I had the same fears. The best way to alleviate them is 1. Talking to your roommate before school starts and get a feel for their personality and 2. Communicate when you get to school... if they do stuff you don’t like let em know

Umm Idk me too like I got to focus on getting to middle school (I'm in the middle of fifth and I'm 11 not 10 I turned 11 people always say only 10 are in 5th)

congrats!! yes, you’ll talk to your RA to separate bunk beds, not to as for permission, but to know how to do it w/o hurting yourself haha! i hope SPU is a great experience for you 🧡

Hi I just saw this video and my roommate and I wanted to hang our lights like yours on the ceiling- did you use an extension cord to keep them plugged in or how did you hang them? Our dorm has a no extension cord policy and I'm curious is to how y'all hung them (if you used extension cords or not)
Hey!! Yeah so we used the command hooks (the ones made specifically for hanging up lights). We had them fall a couple times, so it was a trial and error type situation. But yes we did use two extension cords to connect them to our outlets. they were pretty short on their own! :) But if you're not allowed to have extension cords, i'd highly recommend just buying strands with more bulbs! Hope this helps!
