The recent Lego branded truck had a similar thing with the large printed tiles - there was one that was loose and the other three were in a bag. I think it might have something to do with the fact that they're mirrored, maybe they keep them separate in the packing process so they don't accidentally put two of the same one in or something like that.
ehhh, i prefer the 8 wide cars with details. Maybe it’s just because my moc cars have always been 8 studs wide ever since before they made that change.
Thanks, hadn’t grasped how big a modern speed champions is. Would still love to create a truck that fitted more than one F1 car though. Yet another project to consider
maybe a controversial opinion but idc, I'd love if Lego makes more nascar sets. I do like some of the speed champions F1 tho and I'll probably pick up the redbull one when it will be out
I remember seeing a comment somewhere saying that Speed Champions has a notable lack of champions, instead focusing on new cars. I'd love to see more stuff in the vein of the 80s Audi Quattro set, maybe a Goodwrench Monte Carlo or Petty's Superbird.
God! CADA CLAAS Dominator 370 Combine Harvester deserves Your comprehensive and detailed review. This amount of functions I wish LEGO management could allow for production
what a remarkable moment! now we have a new Car Transporter standard, but for the LEGO City! Will we be comparing all future cars if they fit or not on the F1 truck? 😀
F1 fan here with an almost 3y old son fan and 7y old nephew fan. The 3y old would play with almost any formula car but this set is too complex and fragile for him. The 7y old is quite picky about the cars as he's really got at recognizing drivers and teams. So it would be a bit difficult sell for both of these categories
The lack of obvious Red Bull branding on the driver is due to the age rating on the set. If they include it, they have to label the set as 18+, like they have with the Speed Champions car. Which would be stupid considering the City theme is generally a play theme for kids.
Tha pnel is probably out of the bag because its different. Usualy when there are mirror parts in a bag they are in a diferent bags like in a smaller one
I have a custom idea for a starting grid Speed Champions F1 cars to display them on the wall. When you review them, can you show the base of the cars so I can figure out how'd connect to it?
Watching this at the end of my day, so my eyes and brain aren't as fresh as they might be! Anyway, I think I like this, but that ramp annoys me! If I were in the market for buying Lego this would be one I'd have to think about before deciding.
Don’t care for the F1 cars, seem under detailed compared to the 6-wide speed champion F1 cars. I love the truck though, black and red always looks great.
I'm becoming more disillusioned by LEGO lately... the sets are getting cooler and more detailed, but to me, this particular set should be a "play set," and $100 for something for a kid to play with is pretty expensive. The bigger question is probably, who is LEGO's primary audience/demographic... kids who want to play with the toys, or adults who grew up on LEGO and want to capture the nostalgia that LEGO has.
I think LEGO did a clever trick here. The AMR driver doesn't have a recognizable face, but the figure with the trophy at 2:39 definitely resembles Alonzo in my opinion. Maybe they couldn't put that face on the driver for legal reasons, but now you can still act like Alonzo is your AMR driver (if you switch the heads ofcourse)
Maybe just me, but i would love to see a truck that can fit 8 stud wide F1 cars, with a general look like this trailer, so everybody can take their favorite Speed Champions car set, and put that into the trailer. So in this case, this truck combo is just too small... Maybe would have been better if it was only the truck and trailer without the small F1 cars and make the truck/trailer bigger..?
This truck was made for City scale cars since it is a City set. Speed Champions as a theme pretty much abandoned the side builds and accessories, so I don't think we will get a truck for those cars.
@@XenorMV. not sure what you mean, City is literally the theme where you get a whole bunch of side builds and minifigures in almost every set, even the smaller ones.
@@RacingBrick I mean look at the new sets like the lego truck, this f1 truck the car tranporter aswell, like their cool but what do you get with the set, two f1 cars 5 minifigs, and a truck. Even the older speed champions ferrari f1 transporter had more accesories, tool boxes, tools spare wheels and such or the donut shop opening set, one of the best more recent sets just had a much better value in terms of play and the amount of stuff that you get, even though the piece count was smaller.
@@XenorMV. different people will always have different needs. The Yellow LEGO truck has a whole bunch of side builds, like the forklift, the toolboxes and the hot dog stand, and I've seen people complaining about those and calling them unnecessary. I think these transporter trucks focus on what they do (transport), and you can get the garages with all the tools and small details to fix stuff.
As not being a F1 fan since the Schumacher / Hill days; I think I would have preferred the side panels to be stickers so I could just have a cool red and black truck... No pleasing some people! 🤣Easy enough to replace though so its great that they are printed! Current generation of city really is a step up... its a shame that the speed champions had to take a hit for it! fingers crossed for some good non F1 sets in the later waves
OK set, but nothing special. Also, the F1 branding is pretty irrelevant when it comes to the actual cars and the teams that run (or in this case, transport) them. In terms of value, there are much better deals around. Like the Lego City mobile crane and excavator that I managed to snag for € 70 and € 35 respectively.
LEGO’s pricing is getting pretty out of control to me, to the point that I’m losing interest and don’t really even want to my kids to get into them… they can play with my collection from 30 years ago 😂

I love the designs of the truck and trailer but I prefer the 8-wide Speed Champions cars since they are more detailed. The simulator is a nice touch!
Who else wants this kind of sets for the 8-stud Speed Champions?
Like the older speed champions sets? Yes please!
The 2025 Speed Champions F1 sets are 10x detailed! You can see the chassis style being used...

WE NEED IT
Thanks, hadn’t grasped how big a modern speed champions is. Would still love to create a truck that fitted more than one F1 car though. Yet another project to consider
We really need matching transporters for the upcoming speed champions cars

@solarwalkman Hell yeah those would be awesome to get for sure
I have the Technic NASCAR Next Gen Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and I think it is a great set for the scale it’s in.
Feels like a well designed play set for a 4 year old slamp on with F1 merchants half heartedly.
the set reminds me of the old lego classic town set Indy Transport, number 6335 :)
yes! there are some pretty nice references to that set, like the detachable ramps.
I think Lego needs to make a track piece set ( or road piece ) for displaying f1 cars
God! CADA CLAAS Dominator 370 Combine Harvester deserves Your comprehensive and detailed review. This amount of functions I wish LEGO management could allow for production
The biggest difference though between the old Ferrari F1 truck vs. this new one is the width. The F1 truck looks great but it's just not wide enough.
Will most definitely be adding this to my collection

@@pedro380085 that's a possibility!
I think it looks good and it will be on my post Christmas shopping list
Im hoping someone makes alternate (moc) build for this set to fit the 8 stud cars.
I love the side prints on the sides it reminds me of Ayrton's mclaren
I wish this truck was the scale of the Speed Champions F1 cars....

There are more simple F1 sets for younger kids, stay tuned for more reviews
Honey wake up, RacingBrick posted

I like the truck
Cannot wait for the ferrari's box
Who’s ready for Lego F1 ?!?!?!
I think I'll buy it eventually but not a first day purchase
Could you reverse the cars onto the loading ramp to get around the ground clearance issue at the front?
Yes, reversing works better at the bottom, but you still have to help at the top
How did u get them early?
Check the first seconds of the video

the steering wheel piece isnt new afaik, its just a new print ;)
I wanna know if the red bull speed champions have little bits of info about the cars in the manual cause it’s 18+
Need to wait until March to find out
These review videos are great, but I'd love to see some more offroard content, if your schedule allows.
It's winter here, cold and rainy, not the season for LEGO offroaders.
How did you get that!?>:(
The video begins with the answer :)
So getting this and 2 McLarens in this scale!
This kind of reminds me of the old Ferrari truck said from speed champion
Lego still has a big problem of printing on black bricks
if i can get my hands on two sets for a god price i would like to mod it for 8 wide.

yay
Massive?
Yes, compared to other City vehicles
I’m sorry but I’ve said it before and continue to think that these look more like F1 academy cars.
Hopefully that's not a Checo minifigure...
I'm waiting for the supra

Can't wait to get EVERY SINGLE F1 Lego set
Pray for my wallet 🙏
Kinda dumb, why would a F1 truck carry cars from different teams?
I'd rather have individual trailers about the team. This looks kinda generic.
Can you do left lego technic please.

I won t buy it... because budget + blacktron is back XD
Its cool but I wont buy it. I want a similar truck that can haul speed champion F1 cars
We need a Coca Cola truck
