Nice video, Boris and Jag.! The M roadster is certainly a lot of fun to drive. My first experience with the Z3 came while writing for a local car magazine, I test drove, for a week, the very first one that came to Western Canada back in 1996, and I vowed then to have one someday. That day finally came six years ago when I acquired my Estoril Blue, 2000 M roadster. Below is a link to a short clip I made of my Japanese export with the S50 Eurosport engine which turns out 321 HP, and is completely stock. Hope you like the video:. ua-cam.com/video/5mEV9qzou2M/v-deo.html
I appreciate this review, great job. I have owned a 1998 oxford green M roadster for about five years, I love this car. Would add another to the stable of I could get away with it. Unfortunately, my spouse will it hear of it unless a sell one of my other classic BMWs. 🤦🏽♂️

thanks for sharing your short clip!! that was awesome and well put together, Phillip!
The BMW M Roadster was made from 1997 - 2002. In 2001 it got the upgraded 3.2L I-6 from the E46 M3.
The BMW M Roadster was made from 1998-2002. The version in this video, the S52, was made from 1998-2000, and the S54 from 2000-2002.
The S54 only came in the z3 M Roadster between 2001 thru 2002. There were less than 2000 of s54 version Z3 M Roadsters ever produced.
@@amkiahazel515 Yes, 2001-2002 for the S54. Thanks for correction.

They are wonderful cars to drive! I wonder what the S54 equipped one would feel like?
Love my Arctic silver metallic 98 :) just need a new rear axle carrier with adjustability stock there is none
“Snap oversteer” is such an overused term. It’s totally manageable and won’t bite you like a rear engine 911
I just got a 2.3 came with m package with lsd
Why always compare with miata? This car have absolutely own soul and dont appear to nothing that exist. This car born like a classic…
