Ben if you don't renew your contract or apply for other teams at the end of the season you can get trials with bigger teams. I got Ferrari this way after season 1. Save it before you hit end of season so you can go back in if you don't like the teams that are on offer.
The painful thing about the CE career modes, is that only Aguri have interest left most of the time at season beginning, if you don't renew with your current team and don't be a world beater. Even if you well outperformed the car like you had done. Keep it up, look forward to S2!

Ben if you're still using the Aftershock PS3 controller, the triggers can be a bit useless after a bit of use. Try and grab a decent used PS3 controller and some trigger extensions and you'll probably get a bit more control

I think you should in next seson choose either bmw sauber or toyota cause mclaren ferrari and renault are just op even on hardest difficulty. so chose wisely :P
Save before "end of season" and if there is not any interesting team, go back and load again, the recruitment will be different

In pit stops, you can mash X, triangle and square together with your thumb when you stop. Saves a lot, seeing how it's gone so far for you!

Try rolling your stick along the top of the stick mount, so that you can be more precise.

Nice job this season. They were V8 engines though in 2006. 2005 was the last of the V10's.
the toro Rossi had a v10 in 06
toro rosso had the 'restricted' V10 engine throughout 2006, they changed to V8 at 2007

Toro Rosso was the only team in the 2006 season to have a V10, was just under powered compared to the V8's because of restrictions.
