Thanks for the clear info. Had my 4208 do the same thing after 5 and a half years, found the same break in the coil spring and ordered my replacement from Wen.
Good video. I have a Wen 4214 and the spring just broke like yours. Mine is still under warranty so I will call Wen today and get a new spring. Your video was helpful as I now know how to install the new spring when it arrives. Thank you.

Surpringly, that spring is not a warranty item, so $20 later I have one coming.
