There are too many issues with the manufacturing of showcases. Even trying to find a clean showcase on card market is almost mission impossible. I had to chat with 7 different sellers before getting good evidences that the Rey showcase has no print lines. This is outrageous and I agree ffg needs to do something about that.
maybe reaching out to PSA ahead of submitting to verify if it is something they can do. I would be hesitant to send it and 1 or both pieces end up missing. And yes I definitely agree with the feeling of being turned off from continued purchasing. This response leaves a bad taste in the mouth for sure. Would it be too far to send it to Disney and say hey, this is what they are doing with your product and your franchise...it may be the same but idk, im petty lol
I opened a box of the first set and pulled 5 Rare/Legendary cards that all had creases and visible bends in them. I also emailed FFG Support and received a very similar reply a couple of months ago. It was a very disappointing email and I was hoping for more from FFG.
This is completely the norm for every company. Never have they ever replaced a card that comes effed up in packs. I even once sent WOTC clear evidence of cases that had the same garage mythic in every pack of a 4 pack box. Nothing. And incidents like this are incredibly rare. And usually, misprints are worth more than the normal version. I would almost guarantee that if you list it, you'll sell it very quickly. However, to not play the game in paper because of their response is... I don't know how to say it without sounding insulting. But get over it. The game is great. The incident sucks. But get over it.
Incidents like this are rare NORMALLY but this has been very common with the new showcase now he is lucky as the way his is it sell higher but i have IN PERSON seen 2 different rolled foils one of which was mine and the company will do jack all about it.

Yup; its totally the card shops problem; they can just make you a new one out of thin air. Honestly; nothing surprises me with FFG. These are the guys that held onto pre order money for 2 months then cancelled all orders at the last second.
Is Crossing buying directly from them? I only think they said something about the card shop because who they're distributing to might be able to make a claim somehow or be able to send it in and get credit. Especially if buying in bulk like they do. If not...what a shitty response "Thanks for the support, go fuck yaself"
I think so yeah and it looks they deff are gonna have to set up a system like this which all these errors cause finding out it’s way more than just me sadly :/

Disappointing for sure, but I also think they’re overloaded with issues of many types right now. Hopefully things will be fixed for set 3!
