Oh, the philosophy- of being a sum of the decisions made for awhile in our past... I try to teach this to the young people in my life who care to listen as I believe this! For me, having a good framework in which to make the decisions, hopefully most of them self-aware and positive/responsible, leads to the outcome showing I love myself and want quality life situation. I needed this. I have over 30 loads to put away. And had zero motivation. Now I'll be rewatching this while putting it all away!!! Laundry is my least fave chore 🧺
We try to do laundry often...not everyday, but every 2 or 3 days. We sort it like you do ..it does seem to help with color bleeding. Being intentional with your time really is so important! Loved your nails in the grocery haul!
Its just me now so I only do laundry twice a month. But before my son & daughter in-law got their own washer and dryer I did all their laundry weekly. They are a family of four. It would take me a whole day to get it all done. I always use Shout but for some reason the place I shop at stopped selling it, I switched to Resolve which is also good. I just started what I call the lazy keto. I just cut back on my starches and sweets.

I'm like finally someone that sorts their laundry into colors lights and towels one of my pet peeves is seeing laundry mixed and washed together I have always had a pet peeve about that so in regards to the laundry I will do it till done I cannot stand for it to be left in a dryer that's my OCD or in a washing machine so I will do it till it's done and I have literally spent a whole weekend doing nothing but laundry till it was done and that was like 14 loads but that's counting bed sheets and comforters blankets all of that as well I just have always been that way
@@ashleyforbes Yes it is I know it’s not for everybody but I think that’s the one thing that I always saw my mom do and I guess I just take that after her but again it’s not for everybody and that’s not every weekend but some weekends it is but that’s because I’m so busy outside with my cleaning business I have so many clients that some weekends I have that large amount of laundry but it is one of my favorite things to do and yes it is so satisfying to get it done

But our washing machine isn't working currently so I'm washing things by hand in small batches once or twice a day which is all I can manage. I'm using a couple tote bins filled with water and whatever soap is best for the current load. It is painful on my hands but it is also nice . . . Sometimes.
Oh man that has to be tough. I hope you can get your washer working for you soon! I don’t know what I would do if I had to hand wash. That would probably take up my whole day doing all of our laundry 😅

I usually do my clothes one day and my hubby’s a different day and then towels load. I’ve changed my routine to do ours separately and it helps me put stuff away sooner. I’m great at washing and drying but then I always tended to leave them sit in a basket forever lol. So far the new routine had been working.
I like the laundry day videos but my primary interest is in the de-cluttering and organizing ones. Your offerings are all quality and I will watch them, whatever they feature.

4 of our 5 kids are responsible for their own laundry, and have a set laundry day, then I handle the rest throughout the week. It works for the most part, except when I leave clean towels piled on the deep freeze because I hate folding them 😅😅😅.
Haha I am with you in the hating to fold the laundry too!! 😅 I love the idea of getting the kids to do their own. Might need to start getting them to start that! At least my girls 💖
Been doing my laundry on set days (Friday & Monday) for the last 10 years! I get it all done on those days, but will do a load here or there during the week if needed. This was a big task when we had all 3 kids home, but youngest left for college this year and it’s not too bad now! 😉
@@ashleyforbes trust me, when the kids were all home I questioned my life choices on those 2 days (especially because I swore our son had a family of 4 living in his room)! LOL! Some day they will be out of the house and you will be caught up....you won't miss the laundry but you will miss the other chaos. You are doing a great job!

I had the exact same problem with keto! I don't feel it's healthy to eliminate any food groups. I switched to healthier alternatives, cut out junk, & try to eat clean.
I do my laundry all in one day. Only because I live in an apartment right now and I have to walk to the laundry room. Luckily is just my boyfriend and I 😅

You have to subtract the sugar alcohols too. That’s why the carbs are lower than it seems.
I ended up reading the label and they had allulose as the “natural zero calorie sweetener” in it. That’s where the other unaccounted for carbs were. 😅

They are 2 different things, the infusions is fabric softener and the beads are scent boosters.
They work lovely though

Sometimes we have issues with that too. But when I cram them full I usually will add in an extra rinse cycle 😅
