Peter Kays observation of different scenarios are very true in Northern towns in the UK.Venues are a working mens clubs or a hired hall.most of the top comedians are from the North and that Bolton accent really does it for me........Have you seen Peter Kay on Funerals?
His most famous joke is "GARLIC BREAD?", a joke originally about how closed minded his dad is with food. He's said more recently whenever he visits restaurants that serve garlic bread they always send him a free garlic bread, so he's joked he wants to change his catchphrase to "PLASMA TV" 😂
Recent subscriber here, LOVING your reactions! A lot of US reactors struggle with Peter's accent but you guys have no trouble (Nick even gives a good impression of it!). Also, Jodi is so pretty and Nick has the loveliest eyes 🥰
I loved one of our DJs at a place I danced at all the time...his finishing line was, "You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here! So, start heading to the doors!"
I used to work at a place that had monthly ice cream specials. One month they had a New York Blueberry Cheese Cake flavored one. Best ice cream flavor I ever had.
Yes the sprinkler is global, tried it with a slide once at a mates wedding in NZ and lost a shoe and caught a few bruises. I hate weddings generally unless it's part of my close group of childhood mates because it's an opportunity to destroy the bar tab, get a meal and they have to pay for it!
Oh My God!!! What a fantastic couple these two are, and not only because of the music, the rapport between them is something that is impossible to fake. They laugh at these situations because they have seen the same things acted out at so many weddings. It is so easy to see just how comfortable they are with each other, their laughter is from sheer enjoyment and the fact that they have seen this behaviour at so many gatherings, and as a final comment, what a really good looking couple they are.
I know that I may come over as obsessive, but I have watched a lot of the postings of this lovely couple, and I am always left shedding tears of laughter, they are the people at whom these postings are aimed, and I always look forward to new videos from them. Please carry on your good work, you make a guy of almost 90 years of age, look forward to the things that you post, they make life so much easier for this old guy.
Just been watching you guys talking about getting up first for the food 🤣🤣🤣 don’t you think we’re more a like than people think even though we live in different parts of the world?
This was absolutely hilarious 🤣🤣 ended up having a good old laughing fit something I didn't know I needed. Peter Kay truly is a national treasure 🇬🇧♥️🇺🇸🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Peter Kay is soooo Northern British I just couldn't imagine Americans even understanding him let alone finding him funny!! After this reaction I think Peter should consider a US tour!! :)
Help yourself buffets, are the thing for the UK (all paid for, basically not throwing things in the bin and wasting it). As a lad you, would get things that your dad would like and go back for your own. A normal thing in the north of England. Kinda shows respect at the same time.
Peter Kay is from Bolton in the North West of England, not far from Manchester. I grew up in Lancashire, same region (proud cricketing county). At every big event such as a wedding or significant birthday there would be a point in the evening where there would go up a cry of “THE PIE’S HERE!”, which heralded the arrival of a meat & potato pie served with mushy peas and pickled red cabbage. Sounds odd but trust me: best. food. ever. … After some beers.
I’m glad your enjoying Peter Kay stand up you should try and take a look at his comedy series Phoenix Nights about the misadventures of club owner Brian Potter ( played by Peter Kay) who is determined to make The Phoenix Club the best working men's club in Greater Manchester. The misadventures of club owner Brian Potter who is determined to make The Phoenix Club the best working men's club in Greater Manchester. It’s really funny if you get the humour you will love it.
The first cheesecake I ever ate I bought from a butcher's shop, the butcher's wife made them, lovely. Unfortunately it was when the Supermarkets were invading, nothing tastes the same, everything is so bland tasting.
I was the kid who sat there and watched other people. I mean everyone. Then I would encourage other kids to do things. Just to see if they got in trouble.
I'm deaf, so dancing is a no go for me. I hate weddings so much that my own had eight people attending, including us, then onto a pub. I didn't bother to buy a wedding dress, I think we spent around £150/£200 in total. We left by 3pm. Not to go on honeymoon. No. I had a migraine so it was home, meds, bed. Goodnight Vienna. 👍😫👍
i love jodi's reactions to this she really was enjoying it even dancing at one point but then look at nick and nothing just a blank look on his face with a little grin we do need more emotion from you nick if i was to rate you both i would give you nick a 4 out of 10 and jodi you get a perfect 10 so there is no wonder why this is called boring reviews nick
I completely disagree and not sure what more you want?! Nick smiles throughout. You don't have to find every single thing funny to give a good reaction. Yes, Jodi laughs more overall but Nick still laughs plenty, sometimes at bits Jodi doesn't laugh at, and he makes a lot of comments. Different people will find different things funny. I think they make a great team.
@@slashdisco im not saying anything bad about nick he reacts more after the fact but im saying when he's watching he has a black expression with a little smile its like he is a kid seeing santa for the first time shocked and amazed and they do make a good team and i think they are a lovely couple
You should watch Peter Kay's Phoenix Night's series to get the garlic bread, and get back yer bastard I'll break yer legs references. Also Max and Paddy is hilarious

He then managed to sneak "garlic bread" into phoenix nights as well 😂
When you're not a dancer and your having to slow dance, it looks like you're moving a wardrobe across a room😂
copied that off lee evans

Appreciate this. Thanks for the kind words.
Thanks!!

Thanks for the mention at the start guys, it was me politely bugging you lol. Always look forward to your videos, you guys are great.

Cheese cake is the best desert on earth. It's the taste sensation, it's the future.
Really funny Peter is now back on Tour in the UK after being absent for a number of years!

The dad in this sketch reminds me so much of my dad. Especially the buffet bit. He never gets uo just asks everyone else to get him plates.
USA frosting = UK icing
UK Casualty (now called A&E, Accident & Emergency) = USA ER
Guessing fellow LDS
😉
I really enjoyed watching that with you both!

Just been watching you guys talking about getting up first for the food 🤣🤣🤣 don’t you think we’re more a like than people think even though we live in different parts of the world?
Just gotta say - I LOVE your guys reactions! But they are incorrectly labelled - they're not boring at all! :)
Keep up the great work!
We appreciate this comment. Means a lot. We love it when we are able to deliver above expectations
It's exactly like that at most British weddings. The sprinkler thing, check out Graham Swann former England cricketer.
Thanks!!
I'm loving you guys...I'm trying to catch up on all your reviews...Gill from Scotland 👍
This is awesome, you’re ploughing through all of my favourite clips at the moment! Please do some Ali G and Borat!

I love that. "Now we love cheese cake factory for their cheesecake" Well, you are in luck, you went to the right place 🤣🤣 Great reaction, thanks
Just love a wedding , I’m going to 2 this year , and yes I am that Dad

I remember hearing about cheese cake as a kid and thinking - "er no way that is WRONG"
Blueberry cheesecake. The sharpness of the blueberries cuts through the creaminess of the cheesecake. Not easy to find.

THING ABOUT CHEESE CAKE AS WELL SUAGRY CRUST BASE

We speak English in Great Britain all the different Counties speak their own dialects.
New York cheesecake is famous.
Nice people x

You need to watch him talking about his visit to the dentist if you would rather go to the dentist

I WONDER WHY SOME COMMENTS THINK YOUR A BIT MISERABLE. YOUR WIFE HAS A BETTER SENSE OF HUMOUR.🏴🏴
sorry but plain cheesecake is awesome
Banoffee cheesecake
Ditch Nick, he very subtlety undermines you Jodi, painful to watch - your innocent and honest reactions make the channel
Americans don't get British humour but they still love it, cos they think its "quant"....says it all...
Don't go to church... it's a waste of your time.

Too loud at the beginning. You'll lose nothing if you tone it down a bit. Noisy Yanks...
Do you guys have weddings like this over there
You should watch Peter Kay's Phoenix Night's series to get the garlic bread, and get back yer bastard I'll break yer legs references. Also Max and Paddy is hilarious
