Whats a good long term, glass carboy PPM of free so2 recommended?
I'm 2 weeks into a kit, just did one transfer after getting to 0.996 FG.
I'm waiting on ML bacteria and do not want to add so2 until that's done. Then a long rest in a smaller carboy with no headspace.
