Hi, thanks for sharing! Have you experienced the outage of water / electricity / gas at your apartment? Where are you staying now? We love Georgia too 😀🇬🇪
Hi, yes it happens frequently :) but I could live with it. I left a while ago and travel around again :) Glad to hear you like it there. It's an amazing country. Thanks for watching :)
I like these two airbnbs for short term air.tl/xQrWlRq4 air.tl/Kx0niEt3 And use this lady for long term facebook.com/share/sNv1fB7zL9Tc7ofM/?mibextid=qi2Omg Thsnks for watchimg
Hi, sure there are, you are gonna have such a good time here. I always recommend to go with AirBnb first while an agent looks for apts for you. Georgia Shorena is a good choice by the way
It seems to be very difficult to find & get an apartment in Georgia. What were your difficulties in searching & getting your apartment? Whether the rent includes all bills (internet, utilities etc..)?
I haven't dated here yet. I usually work alot when I'm here and do the dating in other countries lol. But the women are beautiful thou. Thanks for watching
Oh I actually don't know what the price would be. BUT, I have heard from many that the real estate market is quite lucrative in Georgia country. The roi should be pretty good. But you should ask an expert because I don't know enough at all.
In a nutshell, Tbilisi properties are too expensive, considering its build quality, financial situation of the city, the danger of Russian invasion in future. It is too overrated these days. Don't be deceived.
it is an older apartment for sure. But well maintained, But I do understand that this is not for the type of person who seek a more modern home. This home has a lot of history it´s local you live close up and down with georgian families. It has its charm. But if you seek more modern and developed Tbilisi take a look at Vake. I was there all day yesterday it´s a very nice neighborhood.

I used an agent because the competition in the fb groups was to much.
You can contact her on fb when you are here. facebook.com/sophia.burduli
I got a question: Since the Georgian lifts (elevators) need payment, what happens if there's a group of people waiting for the same lift? Who pays?
I actually don't know. I have never experienced a paid lift yet
How’s the dating life?

What country would you say is good to buy a property in that’s not the US.
It looks old & shabby for a long term contract. Even for a month it's too long. Maybe a day or 2, just to make do.
