I truly hate the "under-rated" word so often used describing bands or musicians of this era. But in this case , it may just fit. They just didn't have much of a catalog of music. But what they did have was really good.
This part bothers me, because this conversation was between him and Frank Ridgeway ( Tom Barenger). I was disappointed they didn’t bring him back for this movie. The continuity to me is important . But it’s still a decent movie
That horrible placement of him in that scene among other things is why i cant stand this film..I really do not understand the people that say it is better than the first..maybe it is because the first film is darker..i dunno.
There have might of been an issue with Tom Berenger as to why they put Sal in his place. If you notice everytime they went to the flashbacks from the first movie you don't see Berenger at all.
IMO, this was a good but not great movie. Michael Pare's character isn't all that likeable (IMO). However, as a musician, there was a lot of truth in the script.
Me and my Dad's favorite movies to watch together
This is such an insanely underrated movie.
100% true, as well is the first one. Super crazy underrated
The best
One of best sequels I've seen.
The sequel was better than the original.
Great movies 1st one bit better tho
This movie ended sequel are two great movies was wonderful! I own them both!
Both of the eddie and the cruisers movies were both amazing wish there was a way to watch the films today
Haunt second hand stores for the DVDs
John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown band are maybe the most underrated band in R&R history...

So true.
It’s time for you tube to put these movies back on
Ive seen Cafferty in concert 3 times..what an awesome show..inmy opinion one the greatest rock and roll bands of all time that noone knows about

That would be so surreal watching a lookalike contest for yourself
Dark side is one of the best top ten songs of all time up there with teen Spirit, stairway whatever it's bad ass
This movie and it's sequel....
Great movie
I can't believe you have the chance to be the first comment, and you make it just a 2 word comment
@@williamschlemmer5282 Well, he wasn't wrong.... Great movie.... (-:
Eddie's mustache is like Clark Kent's glasses .
😎
Charlie Chaplin entered a Charlie Chaplin look alike contest and finished third
That crowd wouldn’t know Eddie Wilson if he walked into the place and stood right beside them.
"Hey look, there's the real Eddie Wilson"
"No that's not him. Eddie Wilson didn't have a mustache"
Dummy
Can you imagine if Eddie entered and lost.
He would have, being too old lol
Dolly Parton .
Charlie Chaplin
If only he shaved the mustache… he could have won the Eddie Wilson lookalike contest!
Sopranos would latter film the scene where Tony realized that Pussy was the rat on that pier.

Tom refused to return , I believe he hated the original
He was still hurt that Eddie introduced him as Toby Tyler.
He. Made Hollywood movies war films.......some good.
Anthony absolutely right
When Eddie was talking about bed sheets, it was actually Wordman he was talking to (from the first movie) not Sal.
That horrible placement of him in that scene among other things is why i cant stand this film..I really do not understand the people that say it is better than the first..maybe it is because the first film is darker..i dunno.

Or it could be he was talking to Wordman,Sal just overheard what he was saying during the conversation ?!? It is possible
Back when movies told a story instead of ai effects and virtue signaling
First lookalike looks like Josh Brolin.
✨✨✨✨✨✌️🌎🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
Was jist fucked up , but a good part of the movie to shake his mind !
Don't know if this is true or just an urban legend but Madonna actually entered look a like contest and lost.

THIS MADE NO SENSE
