I made this!! Very easy & it was so good. Perfect amount of sauce & perfect thickness to coat to the shrimp .. My husband LOVED IT. Thank you Definitely in the rotation.
ok I looked this up on youtube because a friends grandma used to make it and I was like "wow he looks just like Danny from NKOTB" hahahaha then when I scrolled down and saw I was like OMGGGG IT IS HIM lol.....so cool! I immediately subbed
Basically "shrimp Mozambique" a Portuguese food. It's the best. It's mostly famous in Boston Massachusetts. Lots of portugees people here in Massachusetts. I just made this yesterday. Try this! Add some oil, roast garlic in the oil and then add half a stick of butter, then add a can of Coors light beer or white wine. Pick one but don't use both. Add the Goya and the shrimp. Add some hot sauce, parsly flakes & a little salt. This is the best Goya "shrimp Mozambique" recipe
You need Adobo to mix with that because the Adobo and the sazón go together. That’s how we use our seasoning. There’s the adobo that’s low in sodium too, but yeah I’m teaching you a little Puerto Rican tip 😊
Is the Sazon like a paprika type sauce? In the 🇬🇧 so don't have that sauce here, but maybe I could use an alternative that's close to it? Maybe I'll try amazon 🤔
Any of the flavors will work, but if you freeze at :08 you’ll see the exact kind he used! You’ll also see it in the video when he reads off the ingredients. 😉 -Andi
Happy New Year Danny and the Peanut Crew. Blessings for a wonderful and prosperous 2022 season. Well done Chef Wood. I can see you are ready to :jump back" into the cooking mode. I enjoyed this first episode of the WoodWorks and will continue to look forward to my Danny fix for the weeks to come. Continue to do what you do SO well.
Not at all. This is a treat meal for the family, similar to Chinese dishes. We of course encourage anyone with diet limitations to pay attention to the ingredients in any of Danny’s recipes. -Andi
The good thing is, most of the recipes where Danny uses protein can be swapped. I've personally tried this with chicken and it works just as good. -Andi
Super simple but looks amazing!!!
Looks amazing! Save me some!🍤😁

This looks so good! But I don't handle spicy dishes well... Is this very spicy?
This isn’t a spicy dish! It’s more tangy than spicy. -Andi
So easy to make and it looks delicious 😋

Hi Danny
Is the Sazon like a paprika type sauce? In the 🇬🇧 so don't have that sauce here, but maybe I could use an alternative that's close to it? Maybe I'll try amazon 🤔
According to Amazon, the spice is available in the UK. -Andi
@@DannyWoodOfficial yes it is, just placed an order from amazon, thx for the reply
It’s a mix of Mexican spices
The food and the chef looks good
Love fresh shrimp dishes. What can u sub for the beer??
In the past we've been told ginger ale is a good alternative. -Andi
I see several flavors of the Sazon on Amazon. Which one did Danny use?
Any of the flavors will work, but if you freeze at :08 you’ll see the exact kind he used! You’ll also see it in the video when he reads off the ingredients. 😉 -Andi
Looks yummy
I like to make mine with more sauce. I'll use a full can of beer and around 4 packs of Goya.
Hi I have never ever tried shrimp but I would like to try it 😘

What's your pepper grinder?
There are tons of varieties available on Amazon! -Andi
This looks amazing I can't wait to try it. The pepper grinder you used is so cool. Where did you get it?
You can find varieties of it on Amazon. -Andi
Hello. What drink would you put it with?
When we ate it with Danny, we enjoyed margaritas and mojitos… although Jarritos soda is good as well! -Andi
Oh I have some of those packets. Never thought to use with shrimp. I’m going grocery shopping later 🤗💗
Looks great, but wondering what the sazon tastes like. Also is there an alternative to the beer?
Ginger ale is a good alternative that's been suggested from viewers in the past. -Andi
@@DannyWoodOfficial thanks, good to know
I love using Sazon but I just heard there is a lot of MSG in it. Are you worried about that? I want to try this the next time I make shrimp.
Not at all. This is a treat meal for the family, similar to Chinese dishes. We of course encourage anyone with diet limitations to pay attention to the ingredients in any of Danny’s recipes. -Andi
Definitely gonna have to try this. I’ll ask my sister for the beer 😂
I’m allergic to shrimp
The good thing is, most of the recipes where Danny uses protein can be swapped. I've personally tried this with chicken and it works just as good. -Andi
