Looks like you need to do the 1st gen tacoma struts for the rear. Did them with a 1" lift block and it sits fairly level with my 2" ADF lift kit. Easy swap and added load capacity.
look into to the taco rears if you can get them to work. I am not familar with 03s but I have an 05 with an IAG long block making 500whp that I also have BFG K02s on and a 2 "/ 2 3/8" ADF kit and the taco rear struts converted. Gives an extra inch to the rear for towing/ hauling and a stronger rear spring as well. I have a camping trailer im working on currently so I wanted the extra power and rear end to carry it fully loaded. absolutely love the build and glad UA-cam algorithm sent me to your channel!
Here in Brazil we dont have baja on own market, but this car is so fantastic to see, i can imagine how is drive this version, turbo and manual gear, i have a Forester SF manual too but not turbo
You just earned yourself a sub. I wish I went through when my Baja. I was building it, but I let a buddy borrow it. And he trashed it. I am thinking of finding another one to build an overland rig. So it might be time again. But I was planning on H6 Swap instead of Turbo. And I found a manual this time, mine was an auto. P.S. if you ever go bigger with a lift, go SJR Lift. To fix ur rubbing you can get a trailing arm spacer, there is only a few companies out there makes so little parts for the Baja. And get a Torq Locker, it will make it more capable.

@OutboundIntent As a stopgap you can look into overload springs for the rear or, frankly, the same springs you have but at a higher spring rate. My best advice,take your Baja to a truckstop and use their scale (while fully loaded) most reputable suspension shops/manufacturers should be able to hook you up with an appropriate spring rate. Definitely worth doing if you go with the flatout suspension... you aren't going to want to pay that twice! (But you may have to trim regardless.)
You mentioned doing STI rear control arms can you elaborate? I looked into the fronts and how they bring the wheel forward, but I can’t find (or haven’t figured out yet) what components to get for the rear. I have an 03 Baja also with the 2” ADF lift.

I work at a Subaru dealership and the master tech that helped me with my lift said if we could find a bracket with a mounting point for the arm that brought it back that would do it, but since that knuckle is all one solid piece there really isn’t anything that can be done. I’ll be sure to keep you in the loop if I come across anything and if you find a solution, please do a video or shoot me an email or something. I love watching your videos, your Baja is my inspiration!!

To be honest I am struggling with that myself. I believe a longer/adjustable trailing arm would fix it but I am not 100% sure...
