Thank you Abletondrummer! Is it possible to map one clip (from 1st channel) to launch another cliip (from 2nd channel)? It's for a case when I have many instruments in different channels, but I want to keep them on 1st screen and not scroll with Ableton push, but collect all launching clips in one channel (ex. Pads channel with a list of clips that launch Pads clips from different instruments/channels)
Well you could map one MIDI Note/Controller button to multiple "Trigger" buttons on the M4L device(s) to trigger multiple clip(-slots) - I would guess finding a way in your setup to trigger a scene instead could be a better workflow?
@ scenes might be a work around, it's actually designed like that, but it's hard to jump to, let's say ch36 to launch clips randomly without a while scene change, to make more fluent transitions. And I wanted to keep original push mappings for built in functionality...
@ i need to find some time to look into my Grid Mover and make this work with the PushS - I made one which was working for Push1/2 but Ableton changed some stuff in AL12 - blog.abletondrummer.com/clip-grid-mover-for-akai-apc-mini-mk2/
