Loved the first episode. I'm from the UK so maybe not best placed to judge his accent but to me Ben Aldridge was totally convincing as a young Thomas Wayne. And Jack Bannon basically channelling a young Michael Caine was amazing.

The reason nobody speaks as the old film stars used to is mainly that we've chucked culture, education and civilization for narcissism, cruelty and toys.
Ps... I binged this show's 1st season quickly cuz I had access to epix for a short time. I luved it. And didn't catch Batman reference. Lol. It was the 60's London spy thriller and action for me. Uber cool & fun!
