Ben's favourite M Night movie is The Village and he's a fan of Deep Impact? Same! Kindred spirits! lol "To quote Harry Styles, he makes MOVIE movies!" LMAO I love you Ben! 🤣🤣🤣
@@Truthseeker-kc8rd I didn't watch those movies 😂 To bo honest, I can't enjoy KATC that much because of J. Groff. He's a great actor but in my mind he's always Patrick from 'Looking'.
@@AnggaSteve Mindhunter is a crime Netflix series by Director David Fincher. I knew him first from it. He is always Holden to me like He is Patrick to you😊. His performance is amazing in it. Later checked his filmography, the guy sings, dances ,acts and voice acts. Became a fan. I watched looking series and movie too. The range this man has is amazing. But I did not like matrix 4 .. thats a disappointment.
I will not see this movie, I can't handle the dark, scary stuff anymore. Real life in America is scary enough currently. However, I love Ben Aldrich and saw him in Spoiler Alert. I will happily watch Bens career continue to flourish. Thanks for sharing this interview.
This movie hit #1 at the box office opening weekend, it made 3x more than what Bros did in it’s entire run, and the budget for this film was small ($20 mil) Knock at the Cabin is a profitable film, and that’s all that major studios care about. It’ll continue to be profitable when it hits streaming.
@@blairwitchde You just reiterated your first statement, you didn't counter anything. Knock at the Cabin performed much better than Bros, and yes it is M. Night's lowest opener, but his budget for the film was low (again, only $20 Million), and the most important thing is whether a film is profitable. Knock at the Cabin made it's budget back twice, and now that it's on streaming, it'll continue to make Universal money on the ancillary market. This was not a loss, this was a success.
@@JustinSimpson Budget isn't everything, do you think this movie had free advertisement? 20 budget + 20 advertisement = 40. They get about 50% of it's total domestic gross and 40% of it's international gross. That's 24 million that went back to Universal. So far it's a 16 million loss. And a 20 million budget is high when a movie only does 50+ at the box office. Split made over 270 million on a 9 million dollar budget. That was profit - this one will be lucky to break even.
When you think about it, it does add to this story. Two people that had to fight for what they had and then asked to sacrifice to save the world.
I love Groff's voice.
I like Ben too.
They did great
Excellent interview! I’m so excited to see what Ben and Jonathan do next.
Great interview and fantastic Mindhunter exchange. Thank you.
Fantastic interview
I will forever hold a grudge against Fincher for not doing Mindhunter 3.
I don’t blame Fincher. I blame Netflix.

Ben quoting the Harry Styles meme had me rolling… Jonathan should’ve done the Chris Pine deadpan 😅
Its been so long seeing Groff's sweet face.
Since Looking I guess
@@AnggaSteve since Mindhunter and Matrix 4

He says And Just Like That but not Glee????,,
Happy pride

00:45 Bens leather pants so attractive.❤❤
Too bad this is the 2nd LGBT movie that flops after Bros - it's the worst run for a M. Night Shyamalan movie so far. :(

Bros: $14.8 knock: $49 .___.
@@Luis-iv4pf It is still not doing great - one was a total flop (Bros), the other one the lowest grossing movie of M. Nights career of all time.

Ah this makes sense. His films feel so controlled and completely lacking in personality. This explains it. He needs to let go.
Gay.
What an annoying interviewer.
They are great Looking forward to future projects but the movie is awful
