These are the best series for Elden Rings. I actually follow along meticulously and went through every single section with your videos playing, I would pause and go grab the loot, watch the next part and go find what I missed. Found 50% of the items I now have due to your videos. But now you began a new game, I'm curious are you planning to finish the DLC or are you done with this episode? Asking because I will search for the hidden loot on another channel if you are not, but am ok to wait if you do plan to. This is not meant as to pressure you, it is an honest question. You use the prattling pate for the boss fight. If you use it during the boss fight, the real boss will put his head in his hands and cry. Showing you which one is real.
unfortunately, in classic fromsoft fashion, that's a trap strat. you get lamenter heads when the adds despawn instead of you killing them, so focusing on the real one is a great way to die. at least unless you're using it to look for who NOT to fight (or you're putting out crazy enough damage not to care)
you're honestly the only gamer whose content I believe and trust. almost all of the other youtubers use mods on their PC gameplay and do not disclose it, or worse, deny it. Then they post these complete BS click-bait vids where their s are suspiciously liberal and the bosses don't do certain move sets or don't even close in on them. Kudos to you for being genuine.
I don't know about other content creators, it's unfair to just say that without proof, however I do agree with your statement about Doms round table as do believe he's content is sincere. ❤
@@donnalawler7124 if you watch videos carefully you can pick up on things and compare it with your play-through. If the content creators runes always end in XXX0000, or the bosses don't perform magic attacks from the school of magic they know, or you notice that enemies could be right on top of the player and swing and the player receives no damage, or mimic tears using consumables that are not equipped on the player. There are some content creators that will say mid video stuff like "I put on a no damage mod to run this boss over & over quickly and see which incantation was best dps". There are some creators that don't. It's a competition for views and new content, it's not a video game playing tournament
Don't give up on the "Things You Missed" series. I use them as a walk thru just because wandering around aimlessly does not appeal to me. I usually go back and discover stuff after the main "mission ". Anyway you sounded a bit disappointed in the views and I realize time is money. but I do appreciate the effort.
Omg the struggle against that Deathbird mate,goddam! Slap sacred Blade to any good weapon you use that can be infused ,holy damage tear ,sacred scorpion charm and a dagger with golden vow,buff,spam sacred Blade,dies in literally 4 to 5 hits with 0 faith invested.
Pretty good series! Just FYI for the Death Rite Bird you can spawn in and take the short route to the arena and easily dispatch him with the holy Golden Arrows and your archery talismans from a substantial distance.
I started exploring fairly early and ended up accidentally breaking the great rune so I will have to come through on my second play through and try to 100%. Just like the rest of your videos I will probably be watching these 10 or 12 times before I’m done. I will say that I like the longer format better.
A tip for the hippos, other than the one in the Shadow Keep, just riding around them on Torrent using a hit and run tactic made them kind of a joke imo.

For those who aren't quick killers, don't ignore the revenant. Every time Tibia moves it can summon another revenant, this can result in you getting dog piled by 2 or 3(depends on how many times it moves) If you have ANY healing spell, you can very quickly take out the revenants. It's much safer to take out the revenant, just in case it does move.
Okay that Lamenter fight went a lot better for you than it went for me 😂 At one point while I was fighting the crowd, I started getting these floating Lamenter heads around my head and then all of a sudden I was insta-killed from 80% health. No idea what happened because there was no status buildup or anything!
The same thing happened to me first attempt, but I think I figured it out the second attempt. The clones de-spawn after some time, and each clone left alive adds a floating head charm/curse. I don't know the threshold for instant death, so I focused on the clones to mitigate the risk
@@aidanschuster1140 Yes, this! Took me a few attempts with instant death to figure out and means that if your dps potential is not so high, you indeed want to focus on the summons first. Not sure about the threshold either, but the faces make a circle around your head. Once it's full (of lamentations I guess), you die while lamenting yourself, lol.
For anyone having issues with yhe death bird or most of the enemies in this area, including the grave birds, just use a weapon with sacred blade. This ash will absolutely demolish everything in this area.
Thanks so much for doing a full walk-through of the Lamenter's Gaol, that was my absolute least favorite dungeon (AND boss) to fight in the entire game, DLC and otherwise. Absolute maze, BS boss gimmick... ugh. (he's a lot harder when you have a defensive style like I'd developed to handle the hyper-aggressive DLC enemies) The walk-through makes it way easier to process.
I’m not sure if this was covered in a previous video but if it was then disregard. There is a weapon called the spirit glaive(I think) which is to the right of the area you fight the death rite bird.
Just fyi to everyone interested. You can get to the hovel much easier and faster by dropping off Charo’s corpse by the dragon communion grace. Damage free drop and the shack is there
this was how i originally discovered cerulean coast and most people don't even know it's possible. it took me way longer to notice the path to hidden grave

you missed a weapon to the north of the Death Rite Bird. Also you can use the lamentation prattling pate in the lamenter boss fight when he makes his clones and the real one will start sobbing so you can always find him. or just blast them all away with the sacred relic sword turns the fight into a joke.

If you're like me and don't have the stuff for 6 furnace pots or just dont want to waste the materials, here is an alternative way to kill the furnace giant. Also excuse my yapping I tried to make this as short as I could you'll need HEFTY CRACKED POTS to make Hefty fire pots. just look up where to get the recipe if you don't have it. If you've been following this guide, you should have 4 hefty pots already but if you dont just look up their locations. For those who have the 4 you will need at least 2 more which you can get in bonny village on 2 different corpses, both will be close to a greater potentate enemy so you know your close if you see one of those enemies. While you're there you can get a third one in a dungeon across the bridge to the SOUTH and not the east, Be very careful not to go east as if you go too far you will break Miquella's rune. The pot is easy to find, at the start of the dungeon take the first pot elevator down, there will be 2 rooms close to where the elevator drops you off, and you'll find the pot on a corpse in the second room where that meaty enemy will try to jump you. That will total you to 7 pots, but if you dont miss only 5 should be enough. The materials for the fire pot are very easy to farm and you most likely have enough to make the pots. What to do: Just like in the video you will be going up the spirit spring and snipping that B from the top but to make sure you do enough damage you should Equipe the Great jar Helmet, as for talismans I recommend putting defensive stuff like the flamedrake talisman +3 and any other defensive stuff that will raise your fire resistance as its very easy to get bombed to shit from the giant while you're aiming.I used dragon bolt of florissax as well and it made me suprisingly tanky. Buff yourself up, stay on torrent to avoid the fireballs and when the giant is close to the ledge, nuke him with the pots, make sure you aim for the inside where his fire is coming from or you wont do enough damage. On NG+ it took me 5 pots. Also I dont know if it matters, but the fire pot scales with B in strength and D in dex which I have at 51 and 50 respectively. Hope this is useful to someone and you didn't waste your furnace visages like i did T_T.
For the Boss of the dungeon, use the Radagon sword and stand near the door each time he disappears, the AoW should kill off all of his little shadow clones 🗣️

Died to this more than any boss except the final dlc boss. So annoying. Took care of him with Wave of Gold.
I made sure I took out the smaller death birds before I even spawn the boss

Instead of Furnace Pots, you can use Hefty fire pots instead as Visage materials are rarer and you only have limited no. in the game.
I think Dom put up the wrong graphic. He said "fire pots" in the voiceover, but the image was furnace pots - which are overkill.

That Death Rite Bird wasn't the issue, the spam of range attacks from the grave birds kept killing me
I may be mistaken but I believe you missed the Spirit Glaive weapon which is as far NE as you can go from the Deathrite bird

If you use Law of Regression in front of the statue you find out that Radagon is also a Death Rite Bird.

Hefty Fire Pots do also work. Obviously not as effectively, but they definitely do work and are viable.
