Loved this talk. In my experience as well, love was shown to be the fabric of reality, the very nature of truth. Sounds sappy and cliche, and it's tough to reconcile this revelation with the absurd suffering that appears to exist in the world, but as Ram Dass's mantra used to say: "I am loving awareness.".
I see that there is "conditional" love, which is from the mind/body and is very constricted and personal, and then there is "unconditional" love which is our core essence, unrestricted and from our proverbial heart. It must be that Isness is unconditional love because it allows for the opposites to exist regardless of any negative effects. Only through unconditional love could this life experience be tolerated. Because at the core, the oneness knows that no matter how good or bad things may seem, it's ok. The oneness, or full spectrum of being, needs every aspect of its opposite attributes in order to have this genuine experience of being.
I think I've watched all your videos at this point Fred. This is the most intense of them all. The saying 'one step forward, two steps back' popped in my head. which is how I feel about most everything tbh. I thought, does that expression really mean that I'm losing more ground than I'm gaining? But it could mean the 'I' is slowing down just enough to give 'noneness' or grace, the chance to snap 'me' out of the driving seat. I'm overthinking it as usual. Thanks Fred ;-)
Wo, I just stopped the video because you say that it's not the fredness that has to surrender but the AWAKENESS that has to surrender to relativity. Of course!!, I get it now that's why we suffer, struggle, fight, argue, drink, cry or whatever our "misery" make us do in manifestation. It's such a paradox though. I guess I'm astonished...thanks
The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad - chapt 2.4 , as reviewed by Swami Krishnananda says it best ( for me): Yajnavalkya tells us that when we love somebody, some thing, some object, whatever it be, that which pulls us in the direction of the so-called object is not the object by itself, because this object is a subject in its own status. Its essence is not objectivity; its essence is as much a centre of consciousness as our own subjectivity is a centre of consciousness. In all love, in all affections, in all attractions, the Self pulls the Self. It is as if one part of consciousness collides with another part of consciousness in perception. The Universal that is hidden in the so-called object outside pulls the Universal that is present in the subject, as it were, in its own direction, and towards whichever side action is taking place. net net ? No one loves any "one" , all love is directed to (the) Self.

Unconditional love and complete freedom. Thoughts come and want to put conditions on.
Good to see that you’re still doin it!
Always!
Another great presentation, Fred. Thank you. "Living from neutrality,"--I like that, very clear.

Good job, Kyle!
"Pain is mandatory, suffering is optional". God, i hate that, yet!
Right! Whose is the suffering? Can you find the owner of it?
