I am currently a beginner i am still trying to learn how to stride on one leg . Can anyone give me tips how to speed on this process.
I would try that scooting exercise you saw in the video where they push with one leg rather than striding. But focus on being on a center edge.
After you got that down, try scooting but roll the leg you pushed with in back of you and skate on one wheel with your toes pointed down. Then skate on one foot when you got that down.
Look up SkateFreshAsha's video on correcting pronation for demonstrations. I am a beginner as well and that video helped out.

Stretching should be done after exercise not before!
you need a good warmy before skating man
Dangle Gaming stretching is not warmy! One should stretch only when already warmed up to avoid injury :)
You need dynamic stretching before a workout and static stretching afterward.
