39:17 Yeah they didn’t have as much vocal experience as the other members back then so their parts were way shorter compared to now. Because now they’re both amazing vocalist and they have improved SO MUCH over the last 6-7 years. Seungmin, Han and I.N were all guests on Lee Mujin Service at some point which, if you don’t know, is a show where vocalist get to showcase their voice and talk a bit about themselves. So I highly recommend checking those 3 episodes out at some point (:

If you're continuing your journey from the very beginning (which I definitely recommend) there's only a few songs on the Mixtape album (their pre-debut album) and you already did these 2!

If you love their pre-debut choreography I can't wait for you to get farther in your journey to see how insane it gets as years go on! Watching back at old performances and practices, when there were 9 it always looks like 20 extra ppl lol
Some extra info: Lee Know and I.N barely had parts in the early days because they didn't have stable enough vocals compared to the others. Felix has less parts as well because he didn't speak Korean fully at the time so he couldn't deliver lines that sounded "natural" so don't really expect to hear much from them until later on

This is just the right size amount of a comment. I glad you brought up your extra info, its good info that most people are not aware of. Stay know that Chan always looks after and took care of his members from the very beginning, working with them still they felt comfortable in whatever part they had. Best leader.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of Chan and seeing how he is as a leader. He's already won me over based on the guide I watched BUT I'm sure there's more to see, learn and love.
I Do like Stray kids but haven't actively listened to them for a while😅, so I really enjoy watching these vid's with you😊.. Stray kids are definitely on the top 5 of groups I do like when it comes to boygroup.. you know I love bigbang and BTS already.. I used to listen to more groups but haven't really listened to them in a minute.. I feel I should definitely revisite them all and listen to the new stuff, something I'm definitely going to do.. but I really do love the sound of stray kids, when it comes to the dancing, I really like the flowisity, mixed with the structure, both modern, urban and their own personal expression in the movements.. It makes it so enjoyable to watch, especially the little detailed movements. I like their sound, it goes really well together. hellavator, I really like the arrangement and they sound really good live😊.. they really looked great in the dance performance after the live one, I really liked the lighting and camera work in that one and their dancing oeh ❤

So happy that you react to them again. My favorite pre debut songs from skz are Young Wings and 4419 but I like all of this album even tho it's nothing compared to the albums they did after to me
I can't wait!!!! I have to be so patient but it's very hard. LOL
Stray Kids started with a story that they wanted to tell. Since they write their own music, the lyrics almost always have meaning to them. Their music has evolved. Since K-pop stands for Korean + popular, that influences what sound is there. Stray Kids have experimented with a LOT of different sounds in their music. They have many messages in their music, and change how they portray it in both the videos & the lyrics.
I'll leave a list for you if you would like to go through it. I give this list to any baby Stay I come across to help them in their SKZ journey. I'm going to include some songs I think are part of the story, but not quite. I'll put them in brackets. And yes. The trailers & teasers I list are needed for the story. Hellevator isn't needed, but as you have already seen it it's good. Helevator was made in 2017 before they even debut, as part of the Survival Show that they went through to prove they could debut as one group. And parts of it are seen through out the story line.( At just under 2 years into their journey Woojin left. You will see Woojin in older videos. He was present till Double Knot at the later part of 2019. He has a lovely voice, and I wish him well on his solo career. A lot of Stay ignore his existence because of how he left. Stray Kids are 8 members now, and personally that's the way I think it should be.)

So their path is up to Double Knot, then Astronaut, and finally TOP. The main story skips this, and goes on to Levanter Trailer.)

I think that's the end of the official story line. Stray Kids consider Gods Menu as their new beginning, and the story shows it. After that, they take many different routs in their story & music.
There Is also a separate story line called the Mixtape Universe, or the Film Club Universe. It's it's own self contained thing, and it recently got a added film in the latest comeback. It follows the members in an alternate reality as they are members of a school film club.

And just recently there is now SKZFLIX that kind of follows an alternate path of the Film Club universe, and the Unveil track for Leave also ties in. We are waiting for Leave to get a full film. I want it so bad. (At this point, I don't think it will get it's own MV. And I am sad.)
I hope this helps you on your journey of exploration into Stray Kids' music. There is so much more than I have listed, in a variety of sounds. And all with different messages for the listeners to connect with. There are so many songs with just a few different members, there are solo songs, and songs made just for STAY. (Stay are the fans of SKZ. If you take out the "R" from Stray Kids, that's the "reason". So they removed it, and made the word Stay as our fan name. They realize that they would not be where they are without us, and we would not be fans without them. It's a very symbiotic relationship.)
What an amazing fandom Stays are! Everyone, including you, has been so helpful and supportive. Thanks for the list....now I'm worried that I'm going to mess up or not understand the storyline! I hope you all will help when I'm not understanding something.

I can’t believe I almost missed this one after catching your first SKZ reaction. I subscribed so it doesn’t happen again 😂. I love your reactions as they come across real and genuine. As an older stay, I really appreciate the beginning of your SKZ journey. My kids got me into K-pop and Stray Kids were the one group I instantly clicked with. I grew up listening to many genres and artists but really connected with ones that wrote and produced their own music. That’s true art, imo. I can honestly say Stray Kids have one of the most impressive discographies I’ve come across. I have a playlist of their albums/collabs and listen to it on shuffled most of the days of the week. The boys are as genuine as they come and work just as hard as they play. Han is my hands down bias since our personalities are similar but each member has bias wrecker potential. It’s been such a pleasure seeing others discover Stray Kids!
Thanks for your comment! I listen to many genres too and I especially enjoy getting introduced to international music as well. I'm really liking Han because of his many talents and insane vocal stability. I don't know their personalities yet but they all seem like they have the biggest hearts. I love that!
@@tdragonreactions That’s why Han is considered an Ace of K-pop! He’s been known to write entire songs in 15 minutes. He’s extremely talented! One song and only song that I would suggest out of order is “FAM”. It was originally released in Japanese accompanied by a lyric m/v but they recently did a Korean version w/English subtitles. I’d suggest watching both. It’s a fun song about each group member’s personalities. One member will sing about another and that member will pass it along to the next.

P.S. At the beginning I used to think that Han was copying GD with how he makes his mouth crooked when he raps but now I know it’s just natural for him, there’s no copying.
I'm starting to really like Han, ChangBin, BangChan, rapping styles. All different but ALL so fucking good. They sound perfect to my ears.
I did notice the crooked mouth but I didn't think too much into it. There's only one GD and Han is definitely making a huge statement for me based on these two songs.
@@tdragonreactions Even though they can all rap the actual rap line consists of the 2 main rappers Changbin and Han, Hyunjin and Felix.
You got a great comment from a Stay giving you the list of the storyline. The fact that you really like hearing Chris, Changbin and Han’s rap means you really like the producing team 3Racha. Chris formed 3Racha before SKZ but their songs are not part of the storyline. There are no official mv, just the color coded but some of their songs were performed live which you will be able to see. Fan favourites by 3Racha are 3Racha and Heyday to name a few.
I'm not sure when I will jump to the subunits but I literally can't wait for 3racha. I'm really liking their rap styles and I want to hear more of it!

You will see this and the other predebut songs when you continue on the Survival show too. All the songs on that show are part of Mixtape. But I’ll prioritize finishing that list soonish! I am procrastinating, admittedly. 🤣
