@@Yarvis That's a long time! Make sure you keep your insurance info up-to-date. Otherwise, It will expire and you'll never get accepted. Wish you luck!
I just started driving for spark. We have to physically go to Walmart or whatever ATM to take the money out? We can’t digitally xfer it to our main bank account or debit card like instacart??
@@lethaldragon3814 Yes, you can do that with the ONE app. Just connect your bank account to it
i hate the fact about the tip amount being 24 hour window. They need to change that.
It wouldn't be to bad if Walmart Spark would stop letting customers change their tip every 24 hours it should be 2 hours then this would be awesome but until Spark changes to the tip system I'll just keep branch

I appreciate the video it helped me understand about one a lot! I recently got hired for overnight stocker at Walmart and awaiting my orientation date which should be around some time next week! I downloaded the Walmart app and log in with my information, they basically have task for you to complete before your orientation. One of them being how you get paid and very first option is one! Which is recommended so this video helped me finalize my decision!

The only reason I'd get ONE is for the pockets you can create for certain things you're wanting to save for or split up what portions of your money are going where like, $100 in a groceries pocket, $20 in a gas pocket, & $300 in a fun/spend pocket. Other than that I'm not too poease with the instant pay and still having to wait for tips and/or incentives to come in on Tuesday. Just keep the pay on Tuesdays, or Mondays. I think for now I'm gonna continue using Branch since they too have a savings option. It's just not how One has it
How is this better than doordash? As soon as you end your dash, your instantly paid. No waiting 1 hour+ bs or anything.
Saw that in the video there was a sliding tab that said "activate your ONE card" did you choose to, or have to wait until your card arrived in the mail to activate it? On their website it says to just wait until it arrives.
So safe for instants, they said that it would be today before my preference of payment change to the ONE app. If I already have money that I didn’t get prior I have to wait on Tuesday for that.?
Is it like branch though where I can transfer funds straight to my bank? How long does it take them to approve you?

They should have just changed Branch to a twice a week payment plan.

Could you explain how the round-ups option works please?
It rounds your purchases to the nearest dollar. So, if you bought something for $19.94, it will round that up to $20.00 and put the extra 6 cents into your saving account. I used to have something similar at my bank and it's surprising how fast it adds up.
My one card for some reason is charging me with stuff I have not approved

The day after I signed up for it, I received an email saying my card was on its way. (I realize this question is 6 months old. Just posting for future readers.)
Thats how I do it. I get paid after every delivery.
I've been had the one card, will ask me I don't have the card yet but I was able to link to the Google pay I'm waiting on the card so do you think it'll be available when the car gets here and I activate it

I signed up as soon as I got it. I went through all that but my money isn’t on my new ONE account. I only wanted it for daily deposits so I just deleted it.

My deposits weren’t active for immediate withdrawal until Monday, June 26. ONE works as it should now :)

@RideshareLisa Did you get an email from Spark saying that your Walmart Spark and ONE accounts are linked? It should say "Your Spark Driver™ and ONE accounts have successfully linked! Download the ONE app today so you’re ready to access and manage your Spark Driver earnings. "
Also, check the website my.ddiwork.com/dashboard it will tell you where your earnings will go.

Get your one card
I have both Branch and ONE set up. You can use either if you want to. My Walmart payments I switched to go to ONE but I still use branch for all my banking cause I like the ease of the app.
Why can’t I just have it go to my bank?
You can have your checks directly deposited into your bank if you want. You could also keep ONE and transfer the money manually from ONE to your bank.

What happen if you didn't pick up your instant pay
It gets sent automatically so you don't need to do anything. If you don't pick it up - i'm not sure what happens but it goes to your ONE account either way.
