I really enjoy your videos. Great visuals and explaining the movements that the muscles produce. as well as their attachment sites. I am studying kinesiology and feel that your videos have helped me tremendously!
Would this be the main cause of top of both shoulder blade pain/tenderness? Does poor posture play into the scapula pain? Does the sub scapula thoracic joint pain travel to the neck?
what about the forward and upward tilt of the scapula when you bend your arm and stick it behind your back like reaching for the opposite shoulder blade (or like undoing a bra, with one hand)? What action is that?
So if the scapula protracts will it pull the ribcage in the opposite direction? Basically asking whether an anti-clockwise rotation of the shoulder girdle create a clockwise rotation of the ribcage about the ST joint?
Thanks bunch Sir.. I owe you for your wonderful class. Totally envy your students whom you teach directly.

It is so cool and clear. I love it so much. I saved the video on my list. Thank you so much.
Is anterior/posterior tilt considered an accessory movement to global flexion/extension at the glenohumeral joint? I'm having trouble categorising it

Super helpful, the scapula portion of my functional anatomy exam is a little intimidating, but this helped break it down for me.
