Thank you very much for taking the time to make this video! I am setting up and Freewing F-4 Phantom and it needed this exact setup. I used the dedicated Input to dial in a 3% mix at full throttle. Thanks again!

This is great. My Radian does this, but I think it's part of what makes it great at gliding. It will try to loop back at full throttle, then nose back down just as fast if you over-react to it and chop the throttle. I've flown it for so long, that throttle up/elevator down have just become muscle memory with that plane and I honestly wouldn't want to tune that part of its behavior away.
Where I'd be all over this is if I decided to fly it FPV, that's when all the little quirks stop being fun lol.

The team legit twinsu is a super fun screaming fast model, but it had really bad nose lift when built as instructed. It took a while to dial it out in open tx and then again when I added inav. But it died of a ghost branch at 100mph

Cool. That would be helpful with countering torque roll too, adding opposite roll to throttle.

Great explanation. I have this going on in my Bixler, learned this from another video of yours. But what I missed at the end of the video was how did you personally set the mix for the Seal. And one more thing: as soon as you applied the Curve to the mix the elevator went to -3% with throttle on 0%. Thank you for the video !

I haven't set it for the seal. The plan is to add an FC to that. The curve can be edited to give the travel you want in the directions you need. Happy flying!

This could be handy to land warbirds as well.

2:30 - Yep. Backups are important! I'm a musician of sorts; working on old-school tape was cumbersome, but relatively safe. When my (tiny, home) studio went digital 20 years ago it became far too easy to lose irreplaceable material if/when a file became corrupted.
Whaddya mean, that perfect 23rd take of the guitar solo's gone? Noooo!
I got into the habit of backing up everything, INCLUDING the backups.
I write a bit, too, (short stories, novels and such) and it's horrible to lose ideas to a computer tantrum. So please, peeps, remember to back stuff up, even when you think you don't need to.
In these digital times, it's quite, quite 'Painless'. 🙂

How would one implement this on a flying wing setup?

Have to program crow mixing in opentx for my F5j soar plane. Think it's the same way to do this

Very possibly. This is a very standard way of mixing two channels. Happy flying!

Both work great but I've found companion easier to show these things for videos. Happy flying!
