I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go with REP Fitness for your own home gym construction. The equipment is high-standard and very reasonably priced compared to its competitors.

Felicitaciones Soldier!!! Hermoso Gym!!
Soy Infante de Marina Argentino, recientemente Retirado.
Te envío un cordial saludo - ha sido un placer encontrar tu Canal!!
Really great garage gym. I got a Gritty Soldier t-shirt. You are right, it's a great shirt, excellent fit and feel. I've washed it twice...no shrinkage. I really like having "Exceed the Standard" right where I can see it. That was a constant reminder that helped me through my workout today. Thanks for all you do.
💪
It's such a good rack. I have the 1000 version. Definitely recommend the plate and bar storage! Makes loading unloading bars so much more efficient. Also vinyl tubing on the safeties save the nurling on the bars.
Hey I recently learned that green berets (it seems mostly 18Es that do it) can become JTAC qualified, do you have any experience with this? Thanks in advance!
I don’t but I’m sure their is a way to transfer, I think it’s called green to blue, but you’ll still have to go through the training process and all that, so just consider the risk.
That’s not what I meant I mean someone who becomes a green beret (let’s say an 18e) and then goes to the JTAC course
@@zacharyweiss3488 this is accurate. Their Echos are now working towards the focus of fires support/JTAC mission skills.
Hey, to prepare for the military should I do calisthenics and cardio or lifts weight and cardio...thanks for your time...I'm a former powerlifter...
A good combination of all of it is the best way to go. You want to train power, strength, speed, and endurance.
I’ll be dropping a training program for the Army’s ACFT soon, that will square you away perfectly!
@@GrittySoldier can’t wait for that to drop 💪🏽
High speed, low drag Treadmill :)
Nice gym. I like the rack and you got plenty of 45s.Have fun with the training.
👍 I didn’t want to skimp on the plates. Need all the weight!!!
Get the audiobook Simple and Sinister if you want a deep dive on kettlebells. It’s under 5 dollars on Amazon and is only 3 hours long. Judging by your fitness level you should be able to do 10x10 with a bell that’s close to half your body weight with ease.
You need more speakers, and a great sound system.
Call it The Slaughter House, or... The Snake Pit.
Awesome setup, thank you for your service!
🙏
Do you have a store code at Rep Fitness?? The link doesn’t seem to work and do you if they offer mil discounts?
www.repfitness.com/#617b4bb5a0263
And yeah they should! 👍
@@GrittySoldier thank you!
What would you estimate the total cost for everything shown here?
Maybe 1400-1600
Salt mine, the gritty cave, super soldier camp, sweat life pit, garage grinder, muscle boot camp, ass to grass, nutt to butt, the BBB (bigger better bolder/ boulder), no pain no gain, masochist man cave…
Shotgun blast of idea, thanks bro
@@GrittySoldier Any time, I tried to include some funny things related to the military. I am interested to see the new program! keep up the good work!
Bro, Buy a macebell instead of a sledgehammer. It's good for shoulder and thoracic flexibility and mobility. It can also be used in the place of sledgehammer.
Just what I've been looking for and it pops into existence, thank you world🙏great stuff👏
Glad to be of service 😉
Great set-up. I just purchased the same rack and an FB-5000 flat bench and an AB-3000 FID bench. Rep Fitness is great and affordable. Like and sub. Thank you for your service!
Thanks brother!
Watched your ruck packing video for a 12 miler I did and it was amazing, looking forward to the ACFT video been looking for a good program, good shit
Awsome man glad to be of service! 👍
I like the setup. Have you looked into Safety squat bar? You should name your workout gym. The Grind
How do you warm up for the ACFT?
Day before and morning of
Warm-up drill (what you see on my warm-up for runners video) and a slow lay around the track. That’s it.
Did you bolt the rack into the wall or floor?
Nope, it assembles stable. 👍 I can move it whenever.
Awesome set up. Really enjoy your videos man, keep up the good work.
-I'd like to receive the Ranger Pack
Gym names:
Tru Grit.
Ranger Heart.
Gain Factory.
House of Gain.
ahhh getting that extra weight for that extra $$ when its time to move duty stations I see. ;).
Good afternoon! What rank are you, and how many badges do you have?
Hey gritty. Do you live on or off post? If off post how far away are you from post?
Time to get "Grit Fit".
Cheesy AF but all I got.
Works for me lol 💪
Hell yeah! Awesome! Can’t wait to see more of this “Grit Garage!” 😉
👍
Or “Grit Gym” maybe “ Gritty Gym “ lol thanks sir
Do you have a Prowler Sled? I've got one in my "Gritty" garage gym, and the suckage of it is pretty serious lol.. Just wondering what the Gritty Soldier's thoughts on them might be.
I don’t have one yet but I will definitely be getting one soon once the bank account says I can 😆
All that is necessary, and none that is not! Brilliant setup, absolutely hoofing.
Gym turned out good looking I like the color choice.
🙏
Gritty are you also a green beret? If you didn't become one, what was your reason? If you're comfortable with sharing it ofc.
Is there a way to message you directly? Via email or what not.

I’m gonna be able to buy so much gym equipment with all the money I’m going to save by winning a Ranger pack
Call it: The Darby Princess! LOL
👸🏻
Awesome vid. Also I think those are kettlebells not dumbbells
Did you have to deal with an uneven garage floor at all?
No my floor is pretty even.
I want a pack sir! I’m going to look into this home gym!!
Just found your channel recently. Excellent content.
Awesome video I appreciate it 👍
👍
Awesome set up! I’m jealous 😀.
I love it man, still some tweaking to do though 😉
One thing I love in my home gym is a white board for keeping track of PRs and writing the workouts down
Yes! Added to the list.
About 2 weeks ago I was approached by my new CO and asked if I wanted to go to ranger school in January... like 2 weeks from now. I of course said yes and have been scrounging to get everything off my packing list together. I was just about to get a rangerpack and I saw that you had uploaded this video, I watched it when it was newly posted "1 hour ago" and thought to myself. Nah I shouldn't comment, probably won't win. But my wife is pushing me to, thankfully I have her. Hoping to knock out ranger school then middle of next year go to SFRE then on to SFAS. Best wishes, thanks for all the tips.
