what was the little thing you put in the box to keep them overnight?
Im 13 and enjoy delicate stuff like this, I might just make this for my tea-loving mom on valentines day! thanks for recipes like this, it rlly makes covid much less of a bore!!
That is so sweet! Your mom is so lucky! Do be careful when making this as the sugar is extremely hot. Wearing thin cotton gloves over nitrile gloves will help.
These are so elegant & lovely! Tea time with these, would be such a special occasion! I'd feel like I was having tea with the Queen! You have such a nice voice, it's very soothing to listen to.
Thanks kindly! Wouldn't this be fun for a Queen of Hearts themed tea party! Lynn, I like the way you think!
*what a great idea for Valentine's Day and in general! I have never tried to make these! haha you always make things look so easy Sally! :)*
Thanks ☺️
Wow perfect for Valentine’s Day I just love the sweetheart Tea bombs. I’m so glad you went the route of using sugar this time and thanks for the tip of adding glucose or honey so the sugar doesn’t crystallize. What a beautiful presentation I just love this
Thanks! Yes, I wanted to show both variations of ingredients ❤️
This channel is as bomb as its contents, wish more people notice it and the algorithm picks it up soon. 👌🏻🙆🏻♀️

These are stunning, and makes me want to make a version with grated chocolate and spices inside, as a translucent alternative to those chocolate shell chocolate bombs for milk or coffee.
That sounds absolutely delicious! Definitely have fun with it! Thanks for watching 😀

New follower, these are stunning. I am definitely trying this for my tea loving friends. Where did you get that stunning tea set? It is gorgeous. Also, you should do audio books, your voice is perfect for them. Especially for the calm app.
Thanks kindly! The tea set was gifted to us. Glad you find my voice so calming 😊. Happy holidays!
chulisimo
Muchas gracias!
I like a cookie. I really love the Biscoff type you get on planes, and I’ve been trying to find a good recipe. I’ve made some good cookies, but I haven’t quite found that exact taste and texture
I like those Biscoff style of cookies too! They're perfect with tea or coffee. Thanks for sharing!
🙌🙌🙌❤
Thanks!
😍❤️❗️❣️❤️❗️❣️❤️❗️❣️🥰
I wish i could make it.. seems too difficult.. but loved it
It does take a bit of practice and safety when working with extremely hot sugar but it can be achieved. Let me know if you have any questions.
😍💖
where did u get the glass silver teapot I am in love w it
So glad you like it! I actually borrowed it from a friend. Thanks for watching 😀
this is quite lovely. i want to try this now... maybe my silicone cups for my lunches will work as molds?? i would love to have a shortbread or a molasses nut cookie with my tea :)
Thanks for watching! Using the silicon lunch cups is definitely worth a try. Do be careful as the cups are more flexible and there isn't a lip or edge to grab on to. Melted sugar is extremely hot and can really burn your skin.
I forgot to say what I like with my afternoon tea. I like muffins, or a slice of a quick bread, like banana bread, or some shortbread cookies.
Oh yum! I would definitely like shortbread cookies or a nice muffin to complement my tea for sure!
Shortbread cookies go great with tea! Banana bread sounds tempting too :-)

Wao amazing and we tea bombs.
Keep visiting dear friend.
Thanks!
👍👍👍👍👍❤❤
Thanks ❣️
Excuse me for your comment! I'm a Japanese high school student! I saw a wonderful video! Tea bombs are so cute that it's a waste to use them! Your daily tea time will be fun! I also like black tea and drink various kinds of black tea I bought every day! I would like to make it with reference to the video! I'm looking forward to future videos!
I used Google Translate, so I'm sorry if I made a mistake!
That's wonderful! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and the process. Black tea is excellent in this application. Have fun making them! Cheers
Hi. This are great. I try to do them. But it take to long to disolve in the hot water. Do you know why? And they were too sticky. 🥺. Doy you have a tip for this? Or do you know why this happened.
Thanks.
I am adoring these videos! Where can you get these silicone molds?
Thank you so much! I've updated my information for the equipment thanks for asking but here's the link too amzn.to/3ktEDpT
@@BiteandChiu thank you!!! I can’t wait to make these!!

Thanks! I'm glad this has inspired you! Cheers!
Fall in love...
Love sugar which I have Chef
@@jazie4368 thanks so much Jazie💖
Can they he kept in the fridge or freezer? Or what that ruin the tea leaves?
Would keeping the tea bombs in a fridge help them stay better for longer? And how long would u say they good for?
hey, i have geometric heart molds that are the same sculpt as those!
Oh cool! You can start making tea bombs! Cheers
@@BiteandChiu if only i didn't use them for toxic resin 😂😂
can we use honey instead of suger?
Will these dissolve in cold/other liquid besides water like champagne?
It is possible but I recommend a very thin shell for the tea bomb. The dissolving of the shell will take a bit of time. Personally I'd want to drink the champagne before the bomb dissolves 😏
Can we use stevia instead of sugar?
Unfortunately no, stevia does not have the same properties as sugar to form in the molds.
Does this make the tea sweet? They are beautiful but I know tea drinkers that do not use sugar
Yes, the tea would be sweetened as a result. So this is not for tea drinkers that prefer without sugar. Thanks for watching!
Hi im making these using isomalt can i know like when u boil the sugar do u jus melt a small amount enough for 1 half sphere at a time?as when i was making once i done filling the entire half sphere mold the rest start solidify and i hv to melt it again…does this make the tea bomb more sticky?
Hi Cindy, you can cook a small amount to prepare my bombs. Check out my video on making tea bombs with isomalt. ua-cam.com/video/PxSoZrBXxX0/v-deo.html
I used 1/2c of isomalt to produce 15-20 bombs depending on the size of mould you use and the thickness of your shells. Keep the isomalt or sugar heated on low and prepare your shells one at a time. Thanks for watching!
@@BiteandChiu the bomb wont more sticky with continue heating?
Hi how much sugar , water ,and glucose do you use ?
Hi Suzette, apologies for the late reply. The quantities are located in the description. Cheers!
If stored in an air tight container..how long it can be preserved ?
Great question, I've been able to maintain mine for at least a month. Thanks for watching.
If we use honey instead of glucose, will it still be the same amount as glucose?
Yes, it would still work. Thanks for watching.
Probably a stupid question but..
If I use tea bags to do that do I open the bag and put the tea in the tea bomb or can I just put the tea bag in it ?
Not a stupid question. You can place a tea bag in the bomb and then you won't need to strain the tea leaves after. Thanks for watching.
@@BiteandChiu thanks for responding so fast !
I'll try to make some when I can ^^
I just made my first attempt. The melted sugar looked dark brown and smells burnt. What do you think I did wrong?
That's great that you gave it a go! Sounds like your sugar was over cooked and caramelized. Did you use a thermometer? If you did it's possible the thermometer needs calibrating. It's also possible your cooking temperature was too high which quickened the cooking process. Hope this helps and Thanks for watching!
My tea bombs flatten and I can’t figure out why? This happens at both cold and room temperatures
I come from china where the tea culture is extremely different, where the wide variety of tea is purely local, tasting almost nothing like tea drank in other areas in the world. We don’t put anything in the tea except for the tea leaves it self and at some occasions dried jasmine, chamomile or rose.
However that still doesn’t stop me from admiring these beautiful tea bomb, is there, by any chances, some other ways to use them apart from tea?
What?! Disappointing to not see it crack open☹️
Maybe next time 😉
